uhmmm ive worked out with your videos 4 times now and just realized when it says 50lbs on the bottom left that means 50lbs TOTAL... not 50lb dumbells.... i just did this workout 4 times over the last 2 weeks using 30 and 40 lb dumbells, and was like 'wow this guys using 50s hes crazy strong!' 😳 😳🙃🙃 do i just go back down to 20s and 25s now?!? i only weigh 150lbs ...

Only thing I have is change the rest period to to 40-45secs. Need time to adjust the bench then actually get a rest in.
