Ok, this band has potential, but that’s all it will ever be if people keep praising them for these mediocre (at best) performances and productions. The drums are NOT tight enough. The guitar solos are uninspired and all over the place. The production is not good. The drums especially sound like ass. What’s up with the cymbals and snare sound? My god. You guys can do better. You need a producer with some sense of perfectionism to come and whip you into shape.

You can be recording at the highest fidelity possible, it doesn’t mean you’re going to get a good recording. “Push record and play…. how stupid are you????” I’m smart enough to know that there’s a lot more involved in making a good recording besides pressing record. How about mic placement? Drum tuning? Recording environment? EQ? Compression? Let’s see how far you get in the music industry with push record and play. Lol @ using Tool as example of perfectionism being a bad thing. They are the extreme. There’s a difference between taking 15 years to make an album (Tool) and putting out a bunch of mediocre music with shitty production value like this band. But even so, their perfectionism gave us Lateralus, which sounds a million times better than anything this shitty band has ever done. What the hell are you talking about, looking like a monkey? analog recorded this on purpose in order to sound oldschool. Which made everyone love it. If you listen to the their latest album they recorded digitally for the first time. Go check!
