Hey Naxatras, please help. I know I heard 10:54 before in some old EX YU rock song. Either bands Smak, Yu Grupa, EKV, maybe even Tocak. At times even sounds like Fazoni i Fore - Opening Titles.
Is it just me or has much of western music since circa 2010 been drifting toward minimalism, synth, EDM, and ambient? I like a good riffing vamp the same as anybody. But I enjoy complex harmonies too. And melody, more often than not (of course, there's room in music for variety, but the key word is "variety"), should tell a story; it should culminate, not just leave the listener in a spaced-out daze.
It depends on what music your listening to. Personally I like spaced out dazes but with some nice spicy intervals like a tridecimal two thirds tone sprinkled in there.
That's what I love about some of their music, but you can definitely make the argument that a lot of Naxatras' songs are very complex. Regardless, I find a lot of their songs to be so natural and flowy, the way it sits in the back of your mind is like something I've never experienced before. It's like it can sink deep into your mind and find the most natural hiding place somewhere deep in your neurons.
awesome...found them through an "All Them Witches" playlist and am eating it ALL for a warped/nutrition-filled, psychedelic/beautiful breakfast 😌☺️🤔🤤🤗😎🍳🥐🍑🍊🍓🍇🍍🥓🍞🥚🧀🥞🌰☕️🍾🍹🍽🥂🥃🍷🍸🥛🍩🍫🍰🍦🍨. ...AND I'm LoViN' iT. .

What more appropriate reaction is there, in response to western civ, than that of "a spaced-out daze"? :/
That’s, just like, your opinion, man
