hey frens,
today we've got the first and last solo episode for this season.
Today I'm speaking about my journey from being a depressed pre teen to a less depressed adult, battling with depression and anxiety from a young age and how God essentially saved me.
This is a sensitive topic and TW/ talks of self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
I hope at least one person will be able to relate to this episode and take something from it.
