I worked child care field for 9 years and I looked at this work as a job caring with helpless little beings, who belonged to families that had to work and were unable to demand majority of their time with their little children. My frustration started to grow when I started to care for infants as young as 4 weeks. I am glad to quite and do so thing else that brings me clarity to who I am. My personnel journey continues. Why is the voiceover so harsh, jarring and interrupting the lecture at a higher volume? This makes for an unpleasant experience for the viewer. Is it really that important to add these audio snippets to extend the video length? It detracts value.
