That Kubota is well worth a full restoration. The air filter on that Kubota is supper common lucky. This is a good score on all the attachments but the real score is that Kubota.
I have one of these excavators at my house, it belongs to my friend. Some parts are still available from Kubota. I’ve rebuilt the dozer cylinders, I was able to measure them. They are metric. Also check the pistons for straightness.
Wonder if there wasn’t some kind of mechanism to side shift the boom. Also some way of locking it down when digging. That’s an excellent find. I’m jealous.
That’s what is called a grey market machine. Originally produced for the Japan market but imported into the USA. Kubota won’t even try to provide parts for grey market machines. You might be able to cross reference some parts with US market models but not many.

Yeah. That's the one I'm most excited about. Just wait until you find out what I paid for all of it ;)
Keep making content I'm addicted to UA-cam for a decade and this is the first time I see your Channel :).
It's good
Glad you enjoy it! More content is coming!

I love your videos…and understand you’re probably busy but I wish you would make more videos. I like the things you do and the way you present them.
Thank you for your comment! I am planning on making more. Comments like yours certainly motivate me to keep the camera rolling! More to come!
Long time no see 🙂. Excellent buy!! Anxious to see the follow ups.
Glad to be back! I've been extremely busy, but finally found some time to get more videos made.

Yeah. I'm really curious about that as well. I'm planning on digging into it soon

@14:00 that air filter is THIRTY years old???? (close enough)
Yeah! It is old, but I've pulled older ones off of equipment in the past.
What is the age of the excavator?
Great projects for video.
I remember my dad renting one like that when I was a kid. Now I am 52, so likely about 40 years old.
It was made in the late 70's or early 80s.
