Walter has permanent Chester even in caves can store meat meat bunny men can have double mobile chest and can make 1 marble into 10 meat in seconds
With Wickerbottom you don't need to ever worry about wildfires during the summer, and less important but still useful, she also can provide source of light for farming deep in the caves.
Too many characters in the upper two levels, looks like you just love this game so much :)

As a webber main i think, for me imo hes s tier since he can summon nurse spiders which heals nearby spiders; you can summon multiple spider nurses and alot of warriors so you can just tame them or use the whistle and do tons of damage constantly with ur spiders
It’s also stupidly hard to actually starve as Webber. Like you’d almost have to be trying to starve for it to happen lol
Wurt is amazing, she has one of the best mid and lategames of any character rivaling Wanda. Her mini upsides are fun, like the fish one, living off kelp is great, using seasonal fish to be immune to all 3 non Autumn seasons and Merm farms with guards are one of the most efficent, fastest and best food/resource farms in the game. Half a day respawn merm wars. And great skins i love her.
wilson doesn't bring anything to the team. So no highger than c-tier for me
Yeah tbh the reason why I put him there is A: He is the Main OG Character and B: I think his rework which is coming up soon is gonna be boost him up a bit. I am banking on the future update.

Why do you find WX to be worse after the rework? Objectively speaking he's better. Unlimited night vision, speedboost all the time and whacky perks to try fun builds like reflect damage with bramble. He went form a monotonous playstile to having multiple ways of doing everything. So I'm genuinely curious
When playing dst I enjoy playing certain characters for a small burst and for me wx for removed from that list. I somewhat enjoyed him before and after the update I now need to go around and pokedex everything so I find it a bit more tedious. I think the idea is cool I just feel like unless you are playing wx for the long haul he is one of my lower choices now. Still a cool design just not something I'd consider for short games of dst.

I mainly agree with this, the one thing id definitely change is Willow’s rank, shes C tier at most, id give her a D+
My personal tier list:
S Tier: Wilson, Wendy, Webber
F Tier: Everyone Else
honestly Winona deserves more than F, her catapults helped me solo ancient fuelweaver and other bosses and even cleared out frog rains with ease, her crafted tape also helps really well to perserve expensive clothing items
Actually this tier list is fair. I expected my boy Wurt to be B or C but even with the time it takes to setup on a long-term world he is amazing. Thanks for giving him the S tier spot.
She is underrated early game and mid game, she power spikes alot in mid game, and swamp merms early game help alot.

Wurt is the princess of merms. Why is she b or c though? She can pretty much do everything well now
I think Wicker deserved at least a B. She has a rain book that's able to start and stop the rain at any time, which makes setting up fights with Morning Starts/Volt Goat Jelly so much easier. She can stop frog rains and wildfires. Tentacle traps are still very efficient. Her bees are very good against Crab King and provide extra DPS against bosses with no AoE. And her everything encyclopedia is very powerful in the early game since it allows prototyping Magic items without stations.
You can skip the early game with everything encyclopedia AND it affects everyone around you, giving them science machine prototype
(Also no need to make preshatitor ever just skip to shadow manipulator)
@@walmartiancheese4922 that doesnt really matter, you can get all of that by day 2, except the presti and shadow manipulator. usually any decent player runs the ruins before day 10 and DF by day 15-20.
I’m gonna say Warly is s tier. In solo, he can reach higher dps than any other character. Now I know this depends on rain (except for d fly), but you only need dps like that when fighting raid bosses. Just wait to fight raid bosses during spring. Warly still can do 1.8x damage when it’s not raining and have better defense. But not only that, you also have a better version of Wigfrid’s defense buff if you grow garlic. You can just grow onions, tomato’s, and catch fish for the best dish in the game because of how spammable it is. 60 health, 33 sanity, and 110 hunger. Keep in mind that this isn’t even regarding the fact that he’s solo. When paired with Wolfgang Wolfgang can recieve a total of 6x damage. That’s 408 damage a swing with dark sword. He can tank bee queen and kill her in 56 hits. Don’t forget about honey spice. Warly is a beast with collecting. If you give Woodie that stuff, he goes bonkers. It’s so spammable as well. If you get a Wickerbottom, you can control the rain. Plus his downsides don’t really exist once you get a farm set. You’ll be farming honey and monkey tails anyway for honey poultice. Once you kill bee queen, you have infinite health when fighting bosses because of the grim galette + bee queen crown combo. With the salt you can get Moqueca to give 75 health.

He said that maybe Wilson will have a rework, so this is why he is S tier.
Now, Winona, you don't need star the game with her, you only need trade to Winona then you want farms, if you don't, play with another character.
@@Kehprii1777 well the rework is here and Wilson will meet the same fate as Wormwood. Mega basers will change for him just to change all thier Orange and yellow gems to green ones and probably he wont be used in any other scenario

Wendy is also a really scary character if you have someone who is really good with using her strength's giving them the upperhand in a LOT of boss fights or extremely lethal area's.
Actually, having wendy in a team will make the whole game easier

The characters are oddly balanced, I mean the majority are in A/S tier…That’s rare
I only use wickerbottom in summer to make it permanently rain so I don’t have to fuel tons of flingomatics. Plus rain is nice.
I agree that Wendy deserves to be s tier cuz of op Abigail and her sisturn that gives you sanity and pipspook that gives you morning glory for potions

As a Wormwood/Warly player, I really have to agree with most of what you said! I'm usually not serious with tierlists but I'm always curious on how people think of them! I'm honestly surprised you ranked Wes that high, people usually throw him directly in F tier (I love him though and I agree wholeheartedly with your decision with him in D though.)
Idk man, i cant agree with this, best charaters is wolfgank wanda and wortox(not because i like it) becaus you can beat this game under 100 day with then, with all odhers you cant you need to much time(wurt set merms, webber spiders, warly food, with wendy wes and walter you need a bafolo) This is the way is it, but dont lisen to me, if you have fun in this game in the way you play dont became a speedruner.
Wickerbottom is definitely S, she can solo a lot of boses, she can stop frog rain, she can make rain whole summer etc..and woodie should be somewhere in C-D. I would even put maxwell and wurt into B too...I think webber is still stronger and easier than wurt.
Simple advice, play with 1 character 10 times, that character automatically will become the best character, all character are well balanced.

C is a good place for Wicker. I usually play solo and I'll often Switch to Wicker when I'm playing Wurt or Maxwell then back again. Since her bookshelf recharges uses, no need to play her long term.
Disagree on Winona. Catapults alone should put her above Wes.
This tier list is a total mess, it's all kinds of wrong. But because you put Wilson in S tier, i like it.
Wicker bottom is honestly underrated. She is a nice character and one of the best support characters! She can make an alchemy machine quick and get make alchemy recipes with just a science machine, plus she can get back packs early, so she either goes in A or S.
None of those things matter you can get those things on day 2. Wickerbottom does have upsides but those aren’t them. Also this tier list is old.
i'm pretty new to dst, having played single player ds for the most part. as that i really get having a hate for willow (insanity= random fires in sp ds), but doesn't she share quite a bit in common to the hyped up wendy (reliable ally), while lacking the curse that burns your base down? also winona has some significant things going for her without much drawbacks i'm aware off, meaning she isn't really worse than wilson (?). of course we all have our opinions, but i can't quite see some of the placements aside from personal bias (or potential lack of knowledge).
I always play the OG Wilson.
I actualy agree a lot with this tier list, but I think taht Wilson should be in A not S, STRONGMAN in B not A and I think that Webber and WX should be in S, because they are so so so so good in multiplayer, especialy WX

your over all look at wx is a bit interesting you said you like the old wx better then the new one but the thing is the new wx can be god you can say good bye to darkness cold heat you can speed your self up in no time bye the time you have all of the circuits or most of all the circuits you would be upgraded by gears and as long as you have a Wicker you never half to have the rain effect you and if you switch out your circuits Wicker can charge your circuits thing and you will be back in tip top shape it just does not make any sense why you don't like the new wx like I said he is a god
