I loved the vine on your mantle, but I was extremely impressed with how quickly and it seemed easily you decorated your son's bedroom and with thrift store finds you made it look like you spent a fortune decorating because it has a simple yet CLASSY look to it all like you were shopping at one of the designer stores and just bought the entire setting!!!! Since, I’m disabled and on a fixed income, it’s really hard for me to decorate because the thrift stores/goodwills in my area have nothing but really dirty junk and are priced so high. Hello sweet Fia. Another amazing video. You always transform nothing into something special. Your fireplace looks so enhanced by adding the beautiful garland. Wreaths are getting rather expensive also so I like the idea of deconstructing an old one and make a totally new one on a budget. The table that you painted looked so much better once you painted it and I think adding the lower shelf is a great a great nook to highlight another piece of decor. I would LOVE the tray and copper pitcher. I just stepped out of my comfort zone and decided to give my space some color and decided on copper. Mainly because the tile in my new home has a lot of rust and red-orange tones in it. I don't have the budget to change it and was actually going to try the peel-and-stick for a quick and budget-friendly way to update the floor but the tile is actually stone and very expensive so it stays. The copper accents are looking so beautiful and I'm so surprised with myself at my ability to decorate outside of my usual neutral tones.

I am always in ahh out how you find items that can give that same vibe as other high end stores with just a little care. I so much appreciate the fact that you do notice the pricing at Hobby Lobby and that you prove that you can dupe these pieces at what can be affordable for many in this recently overpriced world. You must live in a location that your thrift stores realize that these items were donated and are willing to sell at a reasonable price, move them out the door to make room for incoming items. Out in my location of the world a picture frame with no back, no glass and no easel is $2.99. When it does not sell at that price and a few months down the road it hits their trash receptacles.
