The Band Teacher was defying the cops, because the person in charge and has the LEGAL authority about when to stop and start the band, to come and go on - onto - or off school property, or to stay there if they please - is the Band Teacher, the EMPLOYEE of the school and district. Those cops need to go to jail. The cop refered to the children in the Marching band as "sweep their asses out." The cop was complaining about having to be there while the band was playing. The cops is a thug. He assaulted that man. Overstepped his authority and job in every single aspect. We are not a fascist police state. Our grandparents didn't fight the NAZI's so our cops could act like them.
