Sundai--like you, I have a spider issue. Recently, I bought myself a "stick vacuum" and discovered I can attach the little crevice attachment and just suck up the spider. If you don't have one already, get yourself a stick vacuum. Love your content--very inspirational.

It’s not that Japanese meat portions are tiny; it’s that the US meat portions are on steriods. The stuff our farmers feed our animals to increase their mass, which means more profit, is wild.
Different native cows plus the US and Australia also are suppliers of beef in Japan
Definitely agree with the American part but no the japan part. Yes American meat is WAY too but but beef in japan is way too small and expensive
Actually, a lot of farmers in America raise their cows naturally, they don’t use steroids, and even then the cows tend to be of a large size when they are able to reach full maturation. So, really unnatural stuff aren’t needed to grow the cows to a size. However, in the US they are slaughtered before can reach their full size. What you are likely talking about are factory farms, which is where unnatural things happen, but for farmers who lean towards natural farming, I would argue most don’t use unnatural methods in farming. Yet, when I see their meat products in stores, the portion size is large. Which is what I like. Large portioned naturally grown beef.
It comes down to researching the grocery store, and the company supplying the beef to see whether it came from a factory farm, or a natural farmer. Other than that, the US is the largest supplier of Beef to Japan right now. So, I agree with Sundai, Japan is just expensive and likely cutting the meat down in size.

Not tryin to start nothin but food chemistry is more important than the trad food groups, if you don't eat enough carbs while lifting you burn off muscle instead of fat, Radical but true, chemistry runs our metabolism. Beans and rice = the perfect protien carb mix for building healthy muscle. Love the inspiring videos.

I decided that I either needed to work less or work WAY harder 😅. Once you hit a certain point it’s like “damn, just take it all the then!”

I hear you on the protein! Going in on lentils and beans is also an excellent source of protein. I tend to mix and match because meat is expensive everywhere.

The downside of success is such an under discussed topic. Its like you get to a ceiling and get hit on the head with taxes. The secret is to renovate and raise that ceiling without getting hit. Like all renovations it takes time and effort. Well done for studying 🎉

Hey Sundai, a great idea is to make some canned pepper sauce and gifted it to your friends. We canned our peppers and use them for our collard, mustard, and turnips greens. It can be used for other dishes.

I have been doing taxes for 7 years, and it takes work. And since you are overseas, you have a double whammy of paying taxes to the US and to Japan. Good luck to you. My current Taxation and Business Decisions class showed me that I still have much more to learn.

Spray your house and patio corners and around the doors with a combo of peppermint oil and water. In a spray bottle Peppermint deters spiders and insects.

Hey Sundai. For the spiders, I just spray them with bleach spray or vinegar in a spray bottle. Even if they get away, they die!!!!! Love the video. ❤.
