Im quiting today please pray for me i got this im only 17 and ive been ruining my body for the last 3 years non stop smoking vapes but tdy is the day 12:00pm
There are going to be times when you want to completely stop vaping and there are going to be times when you feel like doing it again. When you are in the "quitting vape" time throw all the vapes away.
I am currently 4 hours sober and threw my vape and juice away. Today I am quitting vaping and nicotine forever! Everyone, you got this!!!!!!!!!! WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER
I smoke nicotine free liquid for a week now. I had headache for a day and a half and nicotine craving was gone. I was surprised. Now what is left is a habit and this part is more difficult
@@Ernis29 The headache is the worse part - bc you know exactly how to get rid of it... smoke... smoke more.. DON"T! Your headache will go away and you will feel so much better! Be patient! Give it time! Don't set yourself up for failure!
I am quitting vaping and smoking weed. I almost lost everything that meant something to me due to my weed addiction. Lift me up in the Lord’s Prayer for strength while on this new journey
I’ve made up my mind, I need to get this out of my life. It’s ruining me, my lungs as a long term and my self respect. I’m quitting today may 17th. I wish all you who wish to quit the best as-well.
I quit last night. Vaping is so much worse than cigarettes because there isn’t a natural stopping point that occurs with a cigarette burning down. You aren’t as aware of how much you’re pulling into your lungs. And because you can pretty much do it anywhere, there’s no barrier to vaping almost 24/7. The depletion in magnesium was such that I couldn’t keep it high enough with supplementation to protect my veins and heart and leg cramps.
Hope all is going well! That's so true! I was vaping so much! I work from home full-time so it was so easy to sit and have a vape next to me. Day 4 and so thankful I found this video.
First I’ve heard of vaping causing magnesium deficiency. I must be very deficient been vaping since 2012 lol. Pretty much chain vaping every single day.
Please add wherever you saw this magnesium deficiency thing I really want to read up and can’t find anything about it other than “smokers tend to eat less” yadayadayada
It has been a week and a day since I took a last hit. I’ve been doing great and the urges started becoming weaker. It’s not the first time I’ve tried to quit vaping. Last time I tried to quit vaping lasted a month and half
I’m quitting today!!! I’ve been vaping since I was 16 and I’m 26 now. Gone through a lot of mods and a lot of vape trends. I was sitting on a forklift at work watching this and just realizing it’s been 10 years really hit me hard. It can’t keep going like this and today is the start of something new. Thank you!!
I've been trying to quit for over a year now. The first time I tried, I made it 3 weeks without a puff, and then I folded at a party. Everyone was vaping, and in my drunk mind, I thought "hey let me reward myself by taking 1 puff." Bad bad mistake, lol.
I don't think vaping is healthier than smoking. I switched from vapes to cigarettes when I moved to Spain. I smoked a lot of cigarettes, but I only smoked them outside at school, when going out, etc. (until I caved and started doing it in my room). But with vaping, it's the first thing I do when I wake up, the last thing I do before I go to sleep, while I'm in the car, and constantly when I'm at home. So in the end the amount that you vape will probably be a lot more than you smoke cigarettes so is ultimately more unhealthy.
This an absurd comment... Totally absurd... Inhaling thousands of chemicals through burning materials in the form of smoke is NOT, at all, better than three chemicals in the form of vaper... Nicotine intake is almost exactly the same... But switching from cigarettes to vaping your skin improves, your breathing improves, your sense of smell improves, your energy improves, your blood pressure improves, the air quality in all of your personal and shared environments improve... So... That's ridiculous...
@@devilpig6 Oop- I was just saying that in my experience I find that vaping is more unhealthy in the long run because when I vape I do it 24/7 but when I smoke cigarettes I do it like a few times a day.
Just watched this video this morning and dayum are you right, a lot of people like to think the reason they cant stop is cause of the nicotine addiction but for me the hardest part whenever I’ve tried to quit is keeping my hands busy and mind occupied
Whats made quitting vaping SO hard is that when I smoked darts for example at work Id have to wait til a smoke break or til when I finish. Id not be able to smoke in a shopping centre or it would be tough to quickly have one while driving etc. With the vape im LITERALLY in bed, at work, at shops in the bath tub while cooking while gaming CONSTANTLY hitting it. So im facing trigger moments EVERYWHERE. Basically any time I have a split second of free time during day to day activities im vaping.
Absolutely. I was just constantly doing it all the time myself... it really took over. It's so dehydrating too. I've been trying to quit for like a year and a half...
I decided last night at 10 pm was going to be my last time vaping. I Jack am going niccotiene free for my health and personal relationships that it’s negatively effected. Good luck on all of your journeys, stay strong for the people around you.. they deserve you.
Nicotine hasn't been my problem ironically. It's the taste and feel when you I'm not doing anything. I started doing pushups when I wanted to hit my vape or any physical exercise
If you can’t quit with the snap of a finger, break all the routine habits, stop hitting it when your driving stop the constant bathroom breaks stop going outside ever 5mins. Cut way back on all those hits. Start leaving it at home don’t bring it out with you anymore. That’s what I’ve done and it was a lot easier that way for me, start by cutting way down on all those hits then you’ll get used to not hitting it every 10 seconds an realize ok this isn’t to bad then eventually you’ll drop it. That’s what I did hope this helps anyone take steps if you have to
Thats what I'm trying to do. Gaming + vaping, driving + vaping. Hell, waking up in bed and vaping. I'm trying 1 puff an hour with an hourly chime on my phone. Even that is extremely difficult. I've quit opioids cold turkey, took over a year to feel normal. Quitting VAPE is harder!
You just have to remember that the withdrawal symptoms do not even compare to what vaping or smoking can do to your body. It’s time to quit guys let’s do this

It just went one year on the 20th of February 2023 since I started vaping. I feel like it has negatively impacted my decision making my sleep in-turn impacting my focus. I was under a lot of stress around the time I started hence why I aloud myself. I had always felt that it triggered anxiety in me before when I had tried it. When I stared smoking it on a daily basis I guess I just got used to that feeling. It has had a negative impact on me mentally, physically and emotionally. Does anyone else relate?
I agree with this an it seems I have been feeling an overall feeling of icky ness an im thinking it's the vaping , I have been having anxiety an just a overall weird feeling on some days an im starting to think it's my body's way of saying it's sick of me putting something in my body, I am on my last vape pod now imma do my best to quit
today (thursday december 8th 2022) at 2:22 pm I stopped using nicotine. I had the "hope for the best prepare for the worst" mentality, but this video really helped in calming the anxiety my brain has been feeling immediately after choosing to stop. If you're reading this, you can too :) You don't have to stop, but you want to for yourself. It's taken me awhile of "wanting to quit" to finally make this decision. and since it was such a sudden thing, an Epiphany if you will, i've been watching videos like this, saving them to a playlist, and will listen to them when or if i struggle.
Quitting today! I started at 14. Now I'm 25 and it's time to stop and move on and do better things in life. Nicotine gets me nowhere, time to start taking care of myself. I so ashamed of my addiction. Hopefully I NEVER touch this toxic crap ever again.
UPDATE: Good news. I'm now nicotine free for a week. I'm getting a promotion at work. Looking for a 2nd job. I also quit marijuana as well. I'm also on a workout routine since I have more time. I'm going to learn BMX tricks on my bike. It's all starting get a little better. But yes people quit your addictions. Within a week I've gotten more energy to the point I'm now questioning everything about drugs and alcohol and my wasted years. I also quit drinking tho, I was never addicted to it. I drank sometimes with my brother and, now I wanna convince him to stop drinking. I need to get my father to quit smoking marijuana as well. Now I'm wanting to help other people stop their addictions too. When I was younger I also did LSD and magic mushrooms a few times. Weird thing is I don't recommend it really. I know lots of research says it's great however it's also a trip which can be a very strong thing on the mind that I personally believe changed me for both better and also made me a little more anxious. I have autism as well. So I've always struggled with behaviors that are repetitive.
After having some serious heart palpitations recently it opened my eyes to what I’m actually consuming in my body. I’m 6 days in quitting cold turkey, only withdraws I’ve had personally is hot/cold sweats randomly, especially when trying to sleep. But I know this is the right decision, I will prevail. Thanks for the video my man
I’m quitting, I can’t take it anymore, I hit my vape and cringe, I’m so sick of it, my GI tract is collapsing and I can’t focus anymore, 4 years of vaping. I’m done
I just bought a new vape just out of habit. Right after that i got home and immediately searched how to quit because i want to. Today's midnight i quit for good.
Just threw my vape out (it’s disposable so I can’t recharge or replace the cartridge) and I’m ready to quit. It’s May 1st, 2023. Wish me luck 🤞 (I will update on a monthly basis)
Quit this morning 8am UK time. Vaping controlling my life poor sleep, tired all the time and constantly in my hand. You know you’ve a problem when you can’t find your vape and it’s like you’ve lost a child.
My girlfriend found my vape when she came to my house while i was sleeping it was on my chest. the disappointment and hurt that was on her face and in her voice killed me. Venus i’m sorry i’ll stop i promise. I give you my word
The Juul nicotine salts are very effective. I never liked vaping until Juul came around. I just stopped and my appetite increased. I still smoke a cigar every weekend mostly. Good luck to everyone who can stop.
I’m 27 and I started vaping at 17 after I tried a cigarette for the first time and got the most intense buzz ever. But I wanted to to not smell like smoke so I got a vape. It’s been 10 years today and my life truly has only gone downhill since. I vow to be 10 years sober when I’m 37 on May 2nd 2034
I’m not gonna lie. I’m ready to quit but I’m not ready to quit. I keep telling myself (19 yrs old and vaping for about 2-3 years now) “Ok after this vape IM DONE!!” But I go to the vape store and grab another one. This has been a loop for a long time and I’m lowkey scared I won’t be able to quit before my life REALLY begins.
Today is the day i quit smoking vape after 5 years non stop. Had a scare with my breathing. Dont know if its panic anxiety from nicotine but im done today forever
Biggest key to quitting any unhealthy habit: having a vision about where you want to go in life and realising that it's worth being healthy so you can stick around to actually see that vision through
Yo guys I want to stop vaping so badly but not sure if it’s possible for me to stop cold turkey. I also have some chest and heart pain occasionally and it’s scaring tf out of me. Anyone had a similar experience?
I vaped for 3 years. I’m currently 4 days of being nicotine free, no withdrawals or anything. Only thing that helps me is the lord above. Tried to quit multiple times nothing helps until I started getting closer to God. When I do have cravings once a day all I need is God, Gum, And Coke soda . This is my experience and I hope this helps.
where tf is the new track? that hyperpop jam? the date you gave came and went with no new music. I'm more hype for it than King Kendrick's new album. you tryin to get smacked up or somethin, Unkie
i’m 15 years old i’ve been vaping for about 1 year now and too my fellow brothers and sisters in christ matthew 19:26 “with god all thing are possible” ofc i don’t wanna put the narrative that if you vape it doesn’t make you a believer but if your a believer show god with your actions more your words hope this helped someone in need all love 💯❤️✝️🙏
Been smoking vapes since i was 13 and now im 24. Threw that junk in the trash this morning, bought some sunflower seeds and im ready to be done and get healthy
I am 5 days In, found one and hit it once and instantly regretted it and threw it away. I am having body aches but trying to stay strong. I never want to go back to a vape.
I literally just threw my last elf bar away and looked this up. Gonna do my best to stay away from the smoke shop. Doing the sunflower seed method for the hand to mouth habit. And gonna watch the other video talked about in this one to further help my quitting
I was 13 when I started vaping! I’m now 20, almost 21 and heavily addicted. I’ve tried several times to stop vaping but now I found out that I’m pregnant and it is so hard and I’m so desperate for an answer so I can stop vaping completely. I really hope this helps
Best thing to do for your addiction mentally is everytime you think or go to pick up your vape think of your child inside your body. That should make the craving less stressful and by the time you give birth, you won’t want your vapes anymore because of how used to it you will get whilst being pregnant.
Ive been a heavy vaper for the past 6 years myself. I started trying to wean myself off last night and it has been super tough. Especially the urge to vape after eating or waking up 😬 what ive done is set my ecig in another room and that has been somewhat working. Also ive been only hitting it about once per hour. Ive actually been catching myself reaching around me trying to grab my ecig and Im like oh yeah, its in the other room! Hopefully you can quit soon for you and your baby ❤️
Vaping is safer than smoking cigarettes by far. But you are still having to go through Nicotine withdrawals. No matter what product you use, Nicotine is Nicotine and it is the drug you are addicted to. I quit smoking 7½ years ago from smoking since i was 13 years old with the help of vaping. I simply lowered my nic level until i didn't get the withdrawals anymore. I did a "soft landing" so to speak instead of cold turkey. I've never touched any Nicotine products since. Because i know if that filth enters my body again i run a high risk of being addicted once again. And i had hell of a time to quit the first time around and it is not something i want to go through again. As many ppl say and i will say it as well, stopping smoking and vaping is def the best thing i ever did for myself. But we are all different and a million mile journey always starts with one step. But it does get so much better if you just keep with it and are honest to yourself with your end of that filth. Do not feel that you are giving up something, because there is nothing to give up. You are breaking free from an addiction prison and it is truly beautiful. Good luck!
Quit cold turkey, on day 5 now. Having some cravings but when i want a hit i just deny it and say no quietly and find something else to take my brain off of it. During the week at work i leave my money at home and i threw all my vapes away. So there is no way i could relapse. Stay strong mfs❤
I’m on day 4 myself. I quit once before, but I remember after day 3 I was chillin I didn’t feel cravings but now I am. I’ve been having to fight myself so hard the last 2 days to not get one. I took off work to get this done even. I read Allen carrs easy way. I also take adderal too & im wondering if that’s what’s getting me so bad on the cravings. I’m on Wellbutrin too so I don’t get it
Get a fidget spinner man. Everytime I reach for my vape theres a fidget spinner in its place. Occupies the mind to push through that craving. Works like a charm
I quit cold turkey 4 months ago. Not one vape since. I'll never go back, but man, i miss my Vape. It was my best friend. Oh, yes, i STILL crave it at times (10 percent of the time) and the cravings are insane. Starting was the worse thing i could have ever started, however, I WIN!
I find that the habit is definitely the worst part so whenever I have a craving I just chew gum I have like 30 packs and im ready to go into the new year vape free
I literally quit like a snap just like you said. 2 Weeks nicotine free, I feel great. It’s really mind over matter for me and getting over the habit of the oral fixation. Although I do feel great. Also after the first day, if I ever had temptation I just tell me myself ‘what was yesterday for’ like I didn’t go through it for nothing.
I think your opinion on the matter is Ill informed and based off of your personal experience. Withdrawals aren’t bullshit.. i personally have spent 2 weeks straight battling debilitating headaches and uncontrollable irritability towards anyone and anything, those closest to me, even. This whole video is just “quit, I did and it was fine for me” good for you guy, but that is not how most of us in the real world operate. You’re either lying about how much you had in your system, or just assuming everyone’s chemistry is the same as yours. It’s not. Everyone’s body copes with withdrawal symptoms differently.
2 weeks is crazy the worst part of it is 3 days unless your really unhealthy and nicotine fixed some of those irritating things which can happen drink more water and eat less/healthier
@@santotarantino3443 I eat healthy and I barely drink anything but water. I was bad. Vaped non stop all day every day from the moment I woke up to the moment I fell asleep and had for years. I wasn’t even through the worst of it 3 days in.

I quit yesterday and started struggling today and this video came up I'll update this comment in 3 weeks and let everyone know if I succeeded or not
Do update us, good luck!
You can do it, stay strong 💪🏼
It’s been three weeks. How are you holding up??
we all quit today !! let’s do this i’m counting on y’all day 1 may 17 let’s go guys !!! (i’m quitting too)
bet bro
Lets go
today (thursday december 8th 2022) at 2:22 pm I stopped using nicotine.
7 days in how is it going?
Just threw out my last vape about 20 min ago, I’m gonna do this
keep goin bro! you’ll do it
Quitting today!
I’m done
Oh man, this breaks my heart buddy. Rooting for you.
I just bought a new vape just out of habit. Right after that i got home and immediately searched how to quit because i want to. Today's midnight i quit for good.
I've done that so many times. Bought a vape and then immediately wanted to quit. Not even thinking clearly when I bought it
The satisfaction of the feeling of the lungs filling up is the hardest part for me.
almost 5 years of vaping daily. 12/23/22 It starts today🙏
How is it… bc I started 5 years ago and I’m quitting.. but I haven’t gone but like 30-35 mins without it
5 years for me too, are you still clean now?
@@morganhaney3478 30 mins is nuts brodie XD
Just threw my vape out (it’s disposable so I can’t recharge or replace the cartridge) and I’m ready to quit. It’s May 1st, 2023. Wish me luck 🤞
(I will update on a monthly basis)
LETSSSS GOOO U GOT THIS MAN
Quit this morning 8am UK time. Vaping controlling my life poor sleep, tired all the time and constantly in my hand. You know you’ve a problem when you can’t find your vape and it’s like you’ve lost a child.
I'm addicted to watching Unk videos every day
My girlfriend found my vape when she came to my house while i was sleeping it was on my chest. the disappointment and hurt that was on her face and in her voice killed me. Venus i’m sorry i’ll stop i promise. I give you my word
Age 22, quit drinking July 29th and smoking weed a few months ago. Nicotine is the last thing I’m still reliant on. I’m going to make it happen
I am quiting vaping. I am heavily addicted and I'm on 3 hours now ✅️
Have you smoked yet
Me too lol knowingly. I was asleep
20 years old April 3rd I am QUITTING nicotine
Quitting- 2.5.24 please pray for me y’all
I pray ur still going strong 🤞
I am quitting vaping, time to turn my life around
Great job! You’ve got this!
good luck dude i’m trying as well
Iam trying too, but anger is getting to me…
The Juul nicotine salts are very effective. I never liked vaping until Juul came around. I just stopped and my appetite increased. I still smoke a cigar every weekend mostly. Good luck to everyone who can stop.
I'm quitting vaping and starting to do cocaine
😂😂😂😂
I quit vaping @9:39pm today I quit smoking over 10yrs ago.. I can do it again ❤
Hope your doing good! I just quit to and your post helped me
Hitting my vape as I watch this video , definitely want to stop smoking the comments are motivating thanks everyone.
There is definitely nicotine withdrawal. I quit and the first 3 weeks were terrible. Don’t downplay the addiction. Everyone’s different.
Yeah, I feel like the best advice always comes from someone with literally NO experience with the thing they are advising on! Thanks Unk!
Lmaooo someones upset they can't quit, vaping is easier to quit than cigs you finook
nicotine is in both this idea of not understanding cause he smoked cigs is so dumb
That’s it im done im quitting today at 3:25 pm Saturday 14 January 2023
I quitted yesterday at around 2:00 pm 13th… and its so easy actually. And I was vaping whole day every day… keep it up brother we got this…
I’ll join you if you’re serious we can start a movement
@@norwegroletsplay2250 oh bro I havnt touched one since I commented that comment im full serious abt this
Im quiting right now
I almost died last night from my asthma im quitting today. 5/6/2023.
Hang in there!
I have asthma too bro and i also vape it hurts alot
This ! I’m literally gasping sometimes , and get palpitations and headaches .
Today is the day i quit smoking vape after 5 years non stop. Had a scare with my breathing. Dont know if its panic anxiety from nicotine but im done today forever
Biggest key to quitting any unhealthy habit: having a vision about where you want to go in life and realising that it's worth being healthy so you can stick around to actually see that vision through
This is soo amazingly true.
Yo guys I want to stop vaping so badly but not sure if it’s possible for me to stop cold turkey. I also have some chest and heart pain occasionally and it’s scaring tf out of me. Anyone had a similar experience?
yes!! this is why im quitting for good lol
Yup same here
I've had 2 random AF seizures. Never had them before.
Bro it's just vape lol not fentanyl mixed with the devil's sperm
Update: I’m 2 weeks nic free and feel great !
@@naturallynejaa congratulations 🎉
Threw mine out. Heavy vape guy here. Going on 10 years myself. Today I throw it away and I start eating healthy and working out.
What foods do you get/ do you make it urself too?
where tf is the new track? that hyperpop jam? the date you gave came and went with no new music. I'm more hype for it than King Kendrick's new album. you tryin to get smacked up or somethin, Unkie
it's the 20th of this month you numpty
Unk doesn't make music anymore..
i’m 15 years old i’ve been vaping for about 1 year now and too my fellow brothers and sisters in christ matthew 19:26 “with god all thing are possible” ofc i don’t wanna put the narrative that if you vape it doesn’t make you a believer but if your a believer show god with your actions more your words hope this helped someone in need all love 💯❤️✝️🙏
Been smoking vapes since i was 13 and now im 24. Threw that junk in the trash this morning, bought some sunflower seeds and im ready to be done and get healthy
Just had my last puff on my vape. I’m done. Wish me luck
Good luck bro i hope you are doing okay. It gets better from here. They say after day 3-5 it starts to get better.
@@ck6045 Thanks man. 4 days in now and still haven’t had one!!

Im 4 days clean from vaping and I'm never going back.
Is it going well?
@gavineveritt1 yes actually! I'm still staying strong. I don't even think about it anymore. You can do it too 💪🏽
@@ronskeez916 thank you for the kind message🙏 I'm going to try but I've tried before and failed so idk it's hard
I bought two elf bars and then woke up one day and said screw this im done...so i have two new elf bars sitting in my back pack. 😂
I’m finally quitting after 2-3 years of heavy vaping, 2/17/2023 is the last day I hit a vape
I’m quitting. Such a useless thing, I remember hating the feeling of nicotine when I first tried it and not believing I will get hooked 🤡
I am quitting vapping today , 7:40 i’ve been smoking and vapping for 4 years now . This is it . Can someone talk to me
We’re in this together! Keep me updated! You can do this
Great video can't wait for the arabic version so i can understand it
I was 13 when I started vaping! I’m now 20, almost 21 and heavily addicted. I’ve tried several times to stop vaping but now I found out that I’m pregnant and it is so hard and I’m so desperate for an answer so I can stop vaping completely. I really hope this helps
You are pregnant. Do not use it. Quit.
If your pregnant you shouldn’t need to watch a video u should just be able to do it
Can you do a video on quitting credit card fraud?
Lmfaooooo
Been 11 days without any nicotine cold turkey. Vaped for about 2 years. VERRRRRY small craving once in a blue moon so far, but manageable.
February 1st 2023, is my last day currently 6:32 Am, I shall be back in 24 hours to update!
Fallen soldier
How’s it going bro?
Im quitting vaping starting right now 2023 will be addiction free year. No giving up. No turning back.
I’m Quitting It’s not worth it to put killer chemicals in ur body.
Good luck!
Thanks bro I just started last week and I been doing it a lot and I don’t wanna ruin my life so I’ma try my best to quit
Bro you got this i believe in you
its my third day clean and we’re going strong💪🏼
The first 3 days are the hardest after that I've found its easy
Quit cold turkey, on day 5 now. Having some cravings but when i want a hit i just deny it and say no quietly and find something else to take my brain off of it. During the week at work i leave my money at home and i threw all my vapes away. So there is no way i could relapse. Stay strong mfs❤
Update pls?
Still strong almost 2 weeks
I’m on day 4 myself. I quit once before, but I remember after day 3 I was chillin I didn’t feel cravings but now I am. I’ve been having to fight myself so hard the last 2 days to not get one. I took off work to get this done even. I read Allen carrs easy way. I also take adderal too & im wondering if that’s what’s getting me so bad on the cravings. I’m on Wellbutrin too so I don’t get it
Get a fidget spinner man. Everytime I reach for my vape theres a fidget spinner in its place. Occupies the mind to push through that craving. Works like a charm
I'm quiting vaping today thank you bro. It's cost me countless money and my health thanks again
I'm on day 3 of no vaping. It's miserable. I'm journaling to help myself with the withdrawals. I am going cold turkey. Wish me luck.
You got this, girl! It’s been 48 hours since my last vape puff. The urges are real but we got this!!
How's it going?
How's it going?
@@hunterh889 It is going well. I decided to use the CBQ method and am now 10 days free of the nicotine chains! Thank you for asking
Alright, I am going to try this. Quitting vaping… starting now. Wish me luck
Did u hot the 2 week mark?
@ yes I did I am doing pretty good
The amount of hits I took from my vape while watching this tripled
Today is the day Im quitting smoking. Thank you for this video and inspiration.
I’m quitting vaping today and forever
I quit cold turkey 4 months ago. Not one vape since. I'll never go back, but man, i miss my Vape. It was my best friend. Oh, yes, i STILL crave it at times (10 percent of the time) and the cravings are insane. Starting was the worse thing i could have ever started, however, I WIN!
I find that the habit is definitely the worst part so whenever I have a craving I just chew gum I have like 30 packs and im ready to go into the new year vape free
I am quiting today. Good Friday 2023
No temptations though, I have made it further than I ever have for the last 10 years
Still nicotine free- dont even think about it anymore!
thanks @Unkle Adams
I’m finally done with heavy vaping I took my last puff of 16/2/2023
good stuff, i took my last puff on the 10th and going strong. keep going brother
I swear that this is true. It is a mindset. I was in Navy boot camp in 2018 and completely FORGOT about cigarettes after smoking for 3 years.
I am quitting today this video rlly helped me change my mind set
Update?
I'm quitting vaping because I want to focus on weight lifting and more sports. I've been vaping for 1 year and 5 months.
I'm quitting vaping today I'm gonna go throw my dispo in the trash (again) but this time FOR GOOD!
Summary: Everybody that's had nicotine withdrawals is making it up, so just quit.
Wow, this guy comes off as INCREDIBLY arrogant.
