yess after picking ur plot & style of house ...then you go thru the qualifying process then if ur successful you will close once the the house is fully built 😊

I brought a full inspection package...Drywall , 1st walk through & then 1yr Anniversary full home inspection and the price is based on the Sq footage of home ...Definitely great investment that will cover you in the long run!!!
