Yesssss siiiiiiiir....im going to be making the delaware move by years end...either a grand cayman with basement or a hazel...mearfield in Seaford Delaware offered a hazel with basement 389k...phase 1 is sold out....new development in frederica delaware opening soon and i think they're going to off a hazel....im gonna join you sir in the tax free state 😊

My favorite ryan 2 story home....lower level great room and kitchen dining area is like a grand cayman...wide open...and then there's that big upstairs im thinking of purchasing the hazel model in Delaware...your videos are seriously pushing me towards this...Damn you Sir 😂😂😂😂😂
