    IMPRESSED! I "struggle" with tha lovely love handles myself but I know that I will most likely have them my whole life. My mum has them, we joke about it all the time and were on our bodies we store fat is a lot down to genetics. For me personally I know what it takes for me to lose my love handles and it's not worth it. I've lived without them at times and I sure as hell wasn't happier just because of them being gone.

    Hey guys! Always loving the honest advice! I've been on and off with workouts since I was a teenager (knee problems for few years), but fitness is one of the things that bring the most happiness in my life and I want to get to a point where I go on a stage for a competition.
    Can you share your tips on what one should eat in a day for building good definition (I don't eat chicken), how the workouts be split (back - biceps, chest - triceps etc) and how many times a week should we workout a muscle group? Some say that working out legs once a week is enough when others recommend twice a week. (I'm a certified trainer and have knowledge of the correct form and basics, but never really got to know the advanced rules...)

    Hey guys. Love what you two do and you're one of the few people I trust when it comes to tell us how it is! I'm 27, 14 stone and around 26%body fat. I would love nothing more than to get in shape and have an around healthier lifestyle. I simply cannot find it in myself to stay motivated past 1 or 2 weeks. Maybe this is because when I gym I tend to eat a lot less because I don't know what I should be eating and when. I don't suppose you guys have made like a list of food where you only by food off that list and then cook what you want from it? Or something similar. Thanks. You guys are awesome, keep up the good work!

    Hi guys. My question is about cardio vs weights for fat loss. I've recently lost 2 st using light resistance training, light weights and mostly cardio. I've another two stone to lose so I'm trying to increase the amount of weights and decrease cardio. I wear a Fitbit to track my calories. When I do cardio or HIIT my heart rate rises high and the Fitbit tells me I've burnt lots of calories which is great. When I do weights my heart rate increases a little and so the Fitbit tells me I've burnt fewer calories. My question is should you be out of breath when lifting weights for it to be effective? When I lift weights my muscles hurt but I don't get very out of breath. Is it still burning fat?

    You talk about a HIIT session being only about 10-15mins. Have y'all done a video or will you on HIIT sessions and workouts? Maybe some of your best) favorites?
    My favorite is a barbell complex where I try to finish 5rds under 30mins. If I'm finishing under 25mins, I'm upon the weight next time. That would be a pretty long session based on your definition of HIIT.

    Hey guys! I train 7 days a week -- usually 5 days of HIIT (I use some weight, like a weighted vest, kettlebells, etc.) and 2 days of low intensity workouts or yoga. I eat clean around 95% of the time and generally stick to the 1600-1800 bracket. I'm really struggling because my body feels out of whack at the moment. I'm losing muscle and gaining fat and I can't seem to get it under control! At first I thought it might be just because I was moving less in general. I quit my job a few months ago to start my own business and started working from home, so I make an effort to get out of the house and go for walks. I've also tried tweaking my diet to get a little bit of calorie deficit in (nothing crazy, around 200 calories a day), but no luck. Also tried incorporating heavier weights in my workouts. For reference, I'm a 37 year old female, 160 cm tall and weigh 52 Kg. I'm starting to feel so discouraged. I just don't feel good about myself, I'm so bummed about losing muscle definition. Any idea as to what might be going on? Thanks! Vicki xx

    Great video as always. Question: I'm male, 29, 5'10", have been going to the gym for the past three years and have gone from 58kg to 72kg, but I seemed to have plateaued. I don't have much time, so I have a limited diet, but I get most, if not all, of my macros in and I'm consistent with it. But I can't seem to break through this plateau. It's almost like a ceiling effect. Can you recommend me a good pre-workout, please? (Not Awesome Supplements one because I tried that). Also, how soon should you have a pre-workout after you've eaten? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Stressing the body.... Now I have a question.
    I have been doing HIIT for a month 6 times a week. But I feel that my stubborn areas are still not even slightly changing and my diet is low on carbs and low on calories as a whole.
    What you said about stressing the body really worried me. Could that be the reason am not loosing fat?
    Can you talk more about that?
    Thank you so much for the video so informative.

    hey guys, was just wondering if you'd be able to help me out? I'm ftm transgender, meaning I was born female but feel male, so naturally as I feel this way I am really struggling with my body image. I was just curious to know if you'd be open to making a video about how to turn a feminine body in to more of a masculine one, and any key exercises that might help me build more muscle in the areas that guys are naturally bigger? I would also be interested to know the nutrition and food guidelines to achieve the body I am after. if this question is featured in a video then please don't mention my name as a few of my mates watch you and they don't know about my problem yet. Thank you boys, have a good one:)

    • @alexgraham3267
      @alexgraham3267 7 років тому +1

      defaultL fellow trans guy here🤘🏻thought I'd share my thoughts. I suggest you work on building up the chest, shoulders, back and arms to give you a heavier top half. The best body weight exercises for this are press ups, pull-ups, tricep dips and pike push-ups Also work on the quads as leg exercises can help increase testosterone production, I recommend squats and lunges for this. You just wanna build some more lean muscle and have a strong lean starting frame for if you decide to go on testosterone and get top surgery. I hope this helps a little.
