@@panicmosem5969 Hi, I did my first grafting mid of summer which was not their growing season. I did not particularly choose mid summer but now looking back I would say it is a good decision where mid summer is dry with less rainy days, allowing the wound to stay dry and clean thus avoid rot. I chose this green aeonium as the mother plant because this is the hardiest aeonium and it is not fuzzy at all. It grows well without much care. I don't know about such plants, but for trees one must match a cambium of a scion and a stock for best result. Anyway, very nice vid, thanks!
Did you do this at the beginning of their growing season? Was there a reason you chose those particular stems to use as the graft stock?
