Resting heartrate is exactly that: Your heartrate when you are resting (like literally just laying down doing nothing). Once you add: Caffeine, Stress/Nerves, Fear, Any Movement, etc, it will increase. At peak exercise, assuming some things about the shark like age/height/weight, her highest heartrate could be up to around 180bpm and she would still be okay.
