There is no "rotational" adjustment for the highbacks but you can adjust the forward lean with a screw driver in the two holes just above and to the left and right of where your heel cleat clicks into the highback.
You will need to get ahold of some 3D discs from Burton or the retailer you bought the bindings from. They are free of charge but not included with the bindings as less and less boards with the 3D pattern are on the slopes each year. Burton stopped including the discs a few years back to eliminate waste as most of the discs would go unused.
