Cramer is woefully, and shockingly optimistic on this Ukraine war "resolution". This war has gotten very personal, thousands of people dead, maimed, and missing. We haven't even seen the worst part which is when Russia forces move into Ukraine and engage in bitter urban warfare. If the invasion sees any further stalling or setbacks, Putin *will* bring out unconventional munitions just like he did in Chechnya. Maybe it will be thermobaric or chemical weapons, or both. Putin needs a major victory in Ukraine before he can even think of withdrawing his troops, and Ukraine isn't going to roll over. I expect this war to drag out for several more months before we even get clarity.
