I started investing in semiconductor, large cap, mega cap and NASDAQ index funds about a month ago. I was making money at first and was happy, but now I have lost all of my gains and then some. I now have a net negative return on my investment. I feel sick to my stomach. I wish I would have waited until after the correction to start investing.

It was bound to happen. The markets have been on fire since the end of 2022. But the markets always recovers. Just stay put (if you're invested in great companies and index funds) and buy more if you have the available funds.

I had 200 shares of tesla at 170$ average and sold at 250$. 200 shares of Amazon at 155$ average sold at 198$. 500 shares of nvidia 65$ average sold at 130$. I got 50 shares of Amazon and Google in the last 15 minutes of trading today and will DCA on the way down from here. EDIT: i also picked up avgo and im looking at smci to go lower and i will add. I sold pltr PUT options today also vs 25$
