Do you know about Sol Fa, and if so can you give this a notation relative to this cadence?

It can be in any key, always with the same structure, going down WS-WS-HS like:
Am-G-F-E
Dm-C-Bb-A
Em-D-C-B
Dm-A-G-F#
Etc…
