So usage of 0 psi is entirely correct, it can just be a bit confusing to some people who don't know the details just like with relative humidity. Absolute pressure unit is actually psia to distinguish from psi (although sometimes it could potentially be absent)

Im still 99.9% sure it's just a modified sherp. It makes sense considering ukraine would have a bunch lying around from the soviet days. Besides designing an entirely new atv for the consumer market probably isnt a top priority for Ukraine at the moment.

As usual it is nothing compared to it’s Russian counterparts. Check out the Shatun 4x4 or 6x6. They are reticulated for much better maneuverability and off road ability. They do everything Atlas can do but much, much, much better. The Shaman 8x8 is also something to check out.

The torque is 220 nm. The top speed on the road is 38 mph don't know what it is like off-road and the top speed in water is 5 mph
So it's about 60 kmph on the road and 8 kmph in the water

As usual it is nothing compared to it’s Russian counterparts. Check out the Shatun 4x4 or 6x6. They are reticulated for much better maneuverability and off road ability. They do everything Atlas can do but much, much, much better. The Shaman 8x8 is also something to check out.
