      Its pretty easy just do what you do on your strong foot on your weak foot but start simple, e.g start with passing and as soon that gets easy practice in the box shooting (low shots) and then you'll slowly get stronger shots

    How exactly, does a player improve himself ‘technically’ ?

    • @ogenyoussef3206
      @ogenyoussef3206 4 місяці тому +7

      In order to improve technically, the player will go through a repeated training of a certain ability (like a skill move or a game situation) to build up myelin, a topic that this channel talks about which focuses on the myelin layers that grow overtime to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a skill. If you are confused on what technical is, it is the overall skill level in terms of skill moves, defending footwork, ball-playing, shooting, and anything involving the ball. Technical is just one of the four main aspects of soccer, which include technical, physical (running, strength, endurance, and jumping), tactical (intelligence, understanding the situation, and making the right move off and on the ball), and mental (mindset, confidence, and self-efficacy). As a 13 year old player, who got in two years ago, separation of these aspects in your training schedule and bringing them together in small-sided games is the best way to train to me. I hope this helps you, and if you are confused on something, you can always ask me! Good luck!

      @@ogenyoussef3206do you have any other tips for training? Because I train everyday for bare minimum an hour and a half but it still feels like I’m fluffing around

      My first tip to you would be to stop wasting time with TikTok or any social media. The best way to use your phone in training is to get some drills from it, then leave it. The second tip is to plan your sessions ahead of time, meaning to have a detailed plan for how your training is going to go, for example, if you wish to focus on your physical, you can do a training of, 10 minute dynamic and explosive warmup, 10 minutes of agility training, 10 minutes of acceleration training, 10 minutes of sprint training, 10 minutes of jumping training, 10 minutes of strength training, 10 minutes of stamina training, a 10 minute circuit session where you put them all together, and a 10 minute cooldown. My final tip on how to train better, is to understand that training begins the night before, because a good player will always have some routine to follow at the start and end of each day. A routine helps, and I have a personal favorite that always works, and takes around an hour in the morning and night. In the night, I start to use yellow light glasses an hour before bed to help my brain shut down, then, around 30 minutes before bed, I take a warm shower, brush and floss my teeth, and then I go to sleep, and I like to use the counting method to sleep, where you just count up in your head until you fall asleep. After getting 7-8 hours of sleep, I then go to make and eat breakfast for 20 minutes, then I spend the 40 minutes to take a cold shower, brush and floss my teeth, put on acne cleanser and moisturizer, and I move on with my day. However, the true beauty of a routine is you can change and morph it to your liking, so try experimenting with different routines, see which one makes you feel the best, and go with it. I hope these tips help you as you continue your soccer journey, and I hope you have a great day of fruitful training!

      Bro freestyle dribble, just imagine defenders. All the cones etc, they work to a limitation. Just play games with friends and be quick, think quick, all you do, do it quicker. It’s better to be quicker and do less. Oh and surrender to Jesus Christ ;) that helped me. I pray for your success✝️❤️
