Exactly , painting the good the bad and the ugly can be super helpful I wish more ppl would see it for that, a video jst to help even if I did some things wrong but the brand highlighted how elitist they can be and kind of cultish LOL so hopefully ppl can approach it differently. However still many ppl make excuse for Hermes shit behaviour which I think is forever inexcusable - can love the items but still call out shitty behaviour 💪🏼

You are so right about trying to make Hermes bags do it all when they really have their limitations. I did that too when I first starting buying quota bags. I ultimately had to accept the practicality of LV in my collection.
A good way of deciding your best colours is to get them professionally done by a colour analyst. It’s so worthwhile for creating both bags and clothes collection.

there is a bag in my grandparents storage (he passed in 98 gran in 94 ) ...i watched the pedo / stuff - clicked on this and recognised the Birken bags immediately. Lol , it holds approx 4 kg of fenceing staples . The logo is still clear, the handles are now missing but still has the four gold bits .I think its legit because its well stitched and thick leather and its been on the farm with me for a lot of fencing , I picked it because it was Black and tote shape . Theres a few of grandmas old bags up on the shelf at least one more has the H on it . Makes sense they weren't short of a penny . Im not going to use them for storing nails going forward ,lol . thank you for the content .

@@Purseonfleek Thanks thats exactly what we needed ,you've done this before haven't you. 😊.24hrs to go - there's 6 x bags total 3 birkens - one looks like a white snake the Black one that is kinda ruined and a clay coloured one . The other x3 are chanel my wife informs me, one is more of a purse its also White and very soft . The problem is Now I'm the bad guy for destroying the Black H bag - I suppose it could be restored , but I think its only fair it remains my fencing staple tote . I should go through the storage but I like the smell and all their stuff on shelves - its like their still here ,lol . Weird thing is ....I never saw gran with a bag ,purse yes but no "bag" . she had these but , to my knowledge didn't use them - the bags x5 I haven't touched are like new . If my wife had not of wanted them , i would of put them back on the shelf in storage next to their watches jewellery and wedding photos

instead they ostracised me because i am too honest about how the brand really operates at least in aus (where their heads are so far up there a$$es). just so happens at least their designs and artistry really appeals to me, no other brand has the variety of leathers and colours like them too

I so agree finding a good colour for your skin tone before buying Hermes. I regretted I bought a gold colour picotin rather than buying it in mauve sylvestere or lime...but it was my first picotin and I chickened out... bought a colour that goes nice with every cloth pice I got but not so much my skin colour..... 😫 is too expensive to buy something you regret at Hermes.

Listen, Im all for re-sell/re-use/re-home merchandises. BUT you bought Hermes, you AGREED to play their "NO Re-sell" game. I don't think you should be complaining about their policy as you DID NOT know and then after you got caught by Hermes.

These days unless u want all the other stuff and ok to wait long for a bag it's really not worth it at all because the market has dropped a lot that buying preloved is a far, Far better deal. Anyone selling their H bags now in contrast to their spend is not going to net any profit at all unless they truely were spending on items they actually 100% wanted without justification towards a bag🤷🏼♀️

I have so much luxury bags that I don’t even use it’s like addiction u wanted it and chasing the best deal but in the end it’s just dead money. U have them in your collection and next problem when u are u going to wear it or occasion or whatever is just tiring lol.. I am contemplating to sell 75% of my collections and truly saving the bags that I know will be hard to get in the future (Chanel’s are the keepers)

Yeah, the mini Evelyne straps are definitely too long for you based on those pictures. You can get straps shortened at boutique but it’s a hassle.

I’m a 47 year old male who to be honest has absolutely no real interest in designer brands. Unfortunately I broke my leg and have been stuck at home for the last month with nothing to do but play with my iPad… I have to say that I managed to get sucked down the rabbit hole that is your channel and what it’s like to deal with Hermes. I would like to give you a perspective that isn’t shade or being negative towards you.
My Mother has a Kelly, Birkin and Constance all in her desired colour schemes, all these bags were purchased in the 1980’s from the only Hermes store in Melbourne which was on a stairway landing shared with Chanel on the mezzanine level of George’s department store on Collins St, YSL and Valentino had concession stalls on the first level overlooking Collins Street.. Louis Vuitton had two stores one at the grand Hyatt and the other at where now Georg Jensen is located, Cartier from memory was directly next door..
My mother who doesn’t really spend much money anymore as she is in her early 80’s is a very important client to Hermes, she has shopped with them since they first started their business in Australia, she can go to any of the Hermes store’s Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and be welcomed on a first name basis… I remember buying my first necktie from Smillia an SA of the highest quality from the concession stall at George’s Melbourne, back then they were only about $120.. (god bless inflation, Not).. 😊. I Remember looking through the Hermes magazine that from memory I think they released quarterly and seeing a silk and linen vest form the Soleil Collection and it was made from silk and linen, I mentioned this to Smillia and within a week it was dispatched from Paris and was on my back. It was $2300.00 in 1998.. (just after silk was taxed, prior to that silk was tax free).. For obvious reasons Hermes have always been good to me and my family… but I digress.
My sister lives in Noosa and is the CFO of two well know Australian fashion brands, she shops regularly at Hermes in both Brisbane and Melbourne spending on average $10k per month and still doesn’t get her desired bags (even with family connections, although she has done a little better than you have) my sister is a top 10 customer at the Brisbane store and has a lot better luck purchasing her desired item when in Paris but generally misses the limited edition items as she can’t just travel when things come out… Welcome to Australia.. Anyway I just hope that gives you a different perspective..

I believe that you keep misdiagnosing your situation regarding what happened between you and your SA. 1) It's not that you overshared your life story.... it's that you likely made her feel very uncomfortable when you started talking about your very personal depression issues, I need the bag because baby on the way reasons, or I need the bag because anniversary reasons (all of these from your previous videos). You kind of pushed the envelope way too much. 2) you mention your SA causing you drama.... seems like you also drove some drama. Sharing your various very personal details and your many many different requests for items and bags would almost require the SA to have to hire a personal assistant just to deal with your long lists of requests. 3) you sold your bags because they reminded you of your SA.... on the flip side, I suppose every-time she comes across someone as chatty and pushy as you, it perhaps reminds her of the drama that she had to deal with in you. Seems like you continue to bash Hermes on their sales "games"; yet it seems you were kind of playing your own psychological game with them in trying to score a bag - again trying to make them feel empathetic for you because depression issues, baby stuff or anniversary stuff. Also let's be honest with ourselves regarding the term "Pre-loved". The reason said bags are available for purchase is because the previous owner didn't want the bag anymore. The bags should really be called "Pre-No-Longer-Wanted" bags.

Na I can't australia corporate blacklisted me for selling a garden party at retail price plus post and handling lol. My husband can but cos same Surname and billing corporate will slam the manager for approving bags for him . The staff want to help but know they can't, although we can buy other stuff even chypre etc but I just don't bother rather not give money indirectly to Hermès Australia corporate wankers

And I only say lucky because you are financially so well off that you are able to affford something like Hermes. Regardless of actually owning a Hermes bag, people with that kind of money are lucky in my eyes. Lucky financially. Maybe not so lucky in love or life in general, but that goes without saying. Money doesn’t buy happiness and never will. 🙂
Luck I think yes because some of that plays a factor with making investments and right choices to become well off - but no money doesn't buy happiness but I'm also lucky to have found happiness with my beautiful kids and hubby who is my forever soul mate especially given how God had a hand in it , as was fate to introduce us.
So I guess I'm lucky and blessed in both regards and none the less grateful
