LEON COOKS CREAMY SAUSAGE PASTA WITH ME | Marjorie Barretto

- I started my vlog during the lockdown and Leon has been filming all my videos. Now that he has seen how I cook step-by-step, it's about time that I have him join me in front of the camera as we whip up another easy dish that your family will love. CREAMY SAUSAGE PASTA
Ingredients:
- Kielbasa or Hungarian sausage, sliced
- Penne noodles, pre-cooked
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Quickmelt cheese, grated
- Onions, minced
- Garlic, minced
- All purpose cream
- Tomato sauce
- Chicken cube
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh tomatoes, blended (optional)
- Water
Procedure:
1. Melt the butter in olive oil on your pre-heated pan. Sauté the minced garlic and onions afterwards.
2. Set aside the garlic and onions on one side of the pan while you put the sausage slices on the other side. Make sure to turn the sausage slices so both sides would be cooked. Set aside the sausage afterwards leaving the garlic and onions in the pan.
3. Pour your tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add water if needed.
4. Drop the chicken cube and dissolve it in the sauce.
5. Pour all purpose cream to make the sauce creamier. Mix well.
6. Sprinkle your grated quickmelt cheese and continue to stir.
7. Optional: Pour your blended fresh tomatoes for added taste.
8. Put back the cooked sausage in the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
9. Mix the sauce and the pre-cooked penne noodles together. Sprinkle pepper, parmesan cheese, and chili flakes (optional) for final touches.
10. Serve and enjoy!

The way I see it, Marjorie is the most level headed among the Barrettos sisters. She obviously raised well grounded kids and she keep a very cozy home. Gretchen may have big mansions/ houses but you have a home and that's what is important.
That is why I really admire Ms.Marjorie

before when some family issues and feud arises and she keeps her silence..i dont knw whe she dont even bother to speak up but now after seeing her vlogs and all I understand more why..they mind thier own business...enjoying thier life as family togther mostly with food gatherings and try to just raise her kids with positivity and not hate or anger or trying to be in limelight and yes its not an easy job to be a single mom but seeing how she and her kids are at home..you will say she spends her time more valuable with her kids that's her life and priority.Thank u marj for sharing bits of your life in your vlogs its inspires us especially for single moms.God bless u with good health always for your children
