I agree that Vince nowadays really sucks live where most of it comes from his unhealthy lifestyle and a huge lack of practice eversince he started out. However I wouldn't say his solo albums suck. The songwriting is good, he has some killer musicians like Steve Stevens on there. His voice sounds solid. The songs groove and are well produced. They have a great vibe over all and are fun to listen to. Plus he added some cool ass covers like "He's a Whore"....and so on and so forth.
What is (in your opinion) wrong with those albums? I mean you don't HAVE to like them, but you can't really say they suck, since they really are good solid rock albums.
I'd love to hear your perfectly reasonable arguments.

Sure, Vince can’t even write his own material let alone deliver a song....musicians half as famous like jack blades of night ranger and Tommy of Styx who by the way can sing , write and play circles around vince, his band, and motley Crüe for that matter. Are hired to help prop up this guy as well as other writers. Vince Neil has ZERO, and I mean ZERO talent whatsoever. He’s just a guy that lucked out as the lead singer of motley. Just look at their 1983 US FESTIVAL performance. How that band even made it out of the gates to begin with is beyond me. Even the 2nd rate glam sctick was so lame...kiss and Alice cooper and others long before them. And his solo albums are auto tuned and multi tracked to the max to so that they might resemble something decent... which they are not. As well nobody bought those albums and nobody cares. Then just add in the fact that this Vince guy is and has always been a morally bankrupt egomaniac which questionable ethics. He’s the apitamy of everything wrong with rock n roll. Bloated, hyped, no intellect, no skills, nothing to say meaningful... pure shite my friend. Cheers

Thanks, for the upload & sharing. Instead of "Kickstart My Heart", I'm thinking, "This Breaks My Heart". I'm an 80's girl and I do remember when. The band is tight but yes, Vince's vocals are rough. I don't like the word cringey but I can't put into words how I feel. Maybe, embarrassment & oh no this can't be happening. He's not the only one from the 80's that struggles. I guess as long as they are selling tickets they will keep playing. Also, noticed the short set list.

Is that Sam Kinnison? Sam was a very good guitar player and he could sing also. He told me that the only reason he didn't go the rock star route was that he was fat and ugly. that's the truth. I spent a night drinking with him. We went to a club that had a band after his performance and he took the stage over. hopped up with the band. He was very good.
