I don't have all the sets, but the skillset with maarselok is great - running it with coral riptide and Phoenix Moth Theurge and it hits hard. Had a good time in DM BGs this weekend!

Brainless idiots can pick it up and just spam rending slashes whilst keeping vateshran up and kill good players. Can't wait for the day when it gets nerfed to shit so players can expand different builds again.

All im saying... dont get thrive in chaos nerfed. Duelwield ult has been slept on so much. I cant tell you how many pug groups ive wiped with it. It has had rough patches but its been so good

I feel like this set up of sets is its own class in ESO. They work on every class and have made build diversity shit.
You are 100% correct. I feel like no other class can run them better than sorc tho
@@HoarcruxI honestly stopped running this stuff as well as Draugrkin etc because it didn't feel like playing "my warden". Running acuity/rallying now and having a ton of fun.
What weapon do you suggest now that masters is nerfed?
I am using a similar build, with 5x Dragons appetite and 5x shattered fate, with death dealer's fete, would you say your build is better ? should i swap set pieces ? thanks

I want to keep my sorc flexible because i switch between magicka and stamina sorc.. Now which race perform better in pvp dark elf or khajiit which one you recommend?
Kajiit is my all round favorite race atm. Passives so strong

Also give this exact set up a try but swap out armor to briar heart. That extra 450 weapon/spelm damage is more healing plus more crit heals ontop of all that.

Its not so much the build i enjoy, its listening to how you ended up there. What else did you test? What worked and what didn't? Why did you go with the choices you did? Plus the explanation on how it plays, strengths and weaknesses, etc.
Engaging with the theory crafting is a lot of fun for me.

A good offense is the best defense* in the case of high damage /pale order
Seriously looks so nice. I'm always in BGs, so lacking defensive cp, sustain, and of course - pale order. Jealous!
Just testet pale order with combat metrics. it does not proc from status effects and procs. It does not proc from ele drain or wrath of the elements. It does proc from direct dmg and it does proc from the bloodcraze dot, so i assume it does proc from dots that you inflict by abilities.

Love the build! Just curious though.. only 3 of your 10 skills use stamina, so wouldn’t this be considered a magicka build? Also, would Orders Wrath work in place of Rallying? “More Crit, more damage”.

Since your spammable skill is stamina, it's better to put your points into stamina.

Maces are just more reliable. Axes are fine with a high crit chance

To be fair, most of the skills are mag based, it just requires you to play up close. It honesty feels like a mag sorc

Yes thrive of chaos has been known by a lot of players for a while a now as the dmg increase looks great on paper people tend to forget the ultimate also says it increases the dmg for the duration! Now if somone cleanses the dot from the ulti that dmg buff you get is also removed from you because the ulti has to be up since its duration based. Pretty sure this was tested a long time ago. 😅

@@Hoarcrux that is true, but it has a cap of 6 ppl, if there's a healer there pretty sure they r dropping purge or some sort of cleanse, or maybe the other players have a personal cleanse. But if they don't you'll absolutely destroy them 😄

I used engine guardian, was surprisingly good just for how much damage it eats and you can make use of any resource you get.
I also tried bloodspawn and 2 one pieces for recovery, each had their own benefits.
What’s your opinion on using this build with a StamDen?
I think you would have better odds of running a front bar/backbar setup instead. Stuhns Dswing on front bar and rallying cry back bar with monster and mythic

Yea you can run appetite, maras, way of fire, rallying cry and essence thief would be my too suggestions

I'm playing a mag sorc high elf for 5 years now and ive come to the opinion that mag sorc high elf is weak af or im doing something very wrong i dunno, ive tried everything, mythic items, complete heal back bars, monster sets literally everything and nothing works..... As soon as some dk, nightblade, warden, tempalr or any other melee toon starts slashing at me im dead within 3 sec no matter how many heals or buffs i got on me and its strange because my stats look pretty good 🙄🤷♂

ever since the DK nerfs when they could solo entire zergs and not die...just couldnt ever kill anyone, stamden and stamsorc are the best for actual survivability and damage output imo just not sure about now since I just came back after a 2.5-3 year break
This build singlehandily saves melee sorc so screw all the people knocking you bro, on dk and Templar I run pure weapon damage builds but all the extra healing this build provides allow stamsorc to actually do work in PvP, thanks.

Why? 66 is 1% crit mitigation. 1650= 25%. Compare tooltip sturdy horn: "...You and your allies gain 1320 Critical Resistance for 10 seconds, reducing incoming Critical Damage by 20%." Im running and experimenting with this build since some time too, in the meantime im running orders wrath and no masters + Pariah, no mythic. Pls test Pale order with a log eg metrics, im convinced the heal is only for your direct dmg, no dots etc...
Look at the formula for crit resistance. It is not additive.
@@Hoarcrux Thx for the answer. If its not aditive its even better. I guess u mean its additive but thats a misconception here. Thats because resistance and crit resistance each go into ONE pool. Because of the formula the more things go into the equation the weaker it gets and thats why stacking resistance is so strong. Crit res i guess even more because there is only ONE pool for crit resistance, you do not add up the single piles...

Percentage Reduction = (Critical Resistance / [player level, capped at 66])
The Percentage Reduction is subtracted from the attacker's Critical Damage bonuses.
For Example: Without any bonuses to Critical Damage, an attacker would have a 1.5 Critical Damage bonus. If you have a full set of Impenetrable body armor in gold quality, for 258 * 7 = 1806 Critical Resistance, on a CP160+ character this comes out to 1806 / 66 = 27.4% Percentage Reduction. This comes out to (1.5 - 0.274) = 1.226 Critical Damage multiplier for incoming damage. In other words, a 1000 damage hit that would normally do 1500 upon critical strike will now only do 1226 damage upon critical strike to the Resistant target (a 22.3% reduction in incoming damage from that Critical Strike).
Critical damage resistance 66 = 1% Critical Damage Reduction.

The good pieces are grim Harlequin and assassins league. I use like 3 other styles but I can't recall them off hand

with update 40 they completely nerfed Warden and made Sorcerer META nothing can compete with Sorcerer it melts everything super fast lol and Warden lost all damage
Swap rally, on dragons petit, she gives more damage and survavebility, don't thanks, and very big trouble on this build it's push 10 buttons one 1 seconds it's needed very good skills, when you have this skills, you don't need a build

This is the problem with the game i have is that content creators push these brainless builds that a toddler could play and they reach majority of the community to qhere if you arent running it you are being punished. You are better than this and have to set an example.
As a solo player, you just have to in order to see any results. Non meta builds simply do not work solo
I gotta agree with crux. These brain dead devs, who clearly don't play their own game, have evolved pvp to the state that it's in. We're pretty much forced to run meta sets, either that or get farmed by people who are.
