after seeing things add up for you at this point i built a little castle with a "shop" for each npc built around the central flame. it looks a little like a 2 story castle and each of them have room for any new equipment they might get in the future, at lest i hope it's big enough.
With reference to your Internet speed (or lack of it) go for Fibre Optic when you get the choice, approx half of the UK now has access to Fibre Optic Interrnet where speed is NOT measured in Megabytes BUT Light speed, but charged at approx £25 per Month (£1 = Candian $ 1.70) regardless of how much you use. If you have anything close to the alchemist's secret lab just north of the Queens Tomb where the mortar was I think, there are four of those blue flowers all together if you need another quick sack hit! Just wait until you see where the Farmer's quest is supposed to be, holy cow!
I saw a wand you need to have, the Cryptic wand! Maybe it will pop up for you somewhere if it hasn't already, it was an epic so should be pretty good. I'm suffering a little quest fatigue at the moment; I think those level numbers on mobs are just a suggestion, some seem like 20 or 25!

yeah some are pretty rough, like those green dual wielding guys in particular :)
There is a part of the skill tree where you can get passive heals Mr Fox, might be worth it for the amount of times you get gwhacked
