First of all no tack oil. You laid your Matt way to low for the take off the first ribbon. Then did I see your tow point cut. You need to pave by numbers. And I seen your roller vibrate down hill. Also sometimes once it set let her ride and then take it down when you leave the cut for a smoother ride. Might cost you a ton or two. Well worth it on the small stuff
why not tack coat? Feathering in with no tack coat will never last. This is an example of how not to pave. Beware of pavers in shorts and tennis shoes. BTW you can dump directly from the truck into the paver....... SMH
Only thing people should be aware of is people that are employed by Asphalt companies that think they are the best and no one else knows nothing cause it pumps there little minds up like they are somebody. Been working since I was 12 in the paving business literally. Our little shit company that we've had for 25 years has a superb reputation and we do it with used equipment cause we are not Rich and didn't have nothing handed to us also cause we are very family oriented and don't charge people there life savings like these big companies. Even the big companies recommen us to people.
Leave them alone on this job feather your edges only way to roll with what they have , equipment and personal wise. They do not do 5k ton a day like me or you. Teach don’t ridicule
@johnnyblazem5326 thanks. But it's not feathered like it looks. There's actually an inch and half at the concrete. World would be a better place with more thinkers like you..

@@johnnyblazem5326 agreed. That's what happens when your older brother jumps on the paver.

Yea that’s what they say tell I run trains with elevators and doing 300 ton a hour. Then I get a little heated
