- Remixed the Kenobi vs vader fight from kenobi TV show with duel of fates and battle of heroes to better mirror the ROTS fight. i feel disney missed out here not re-using some of old scores. hope you enjoy!!!

I love how there's a noticable difference in Obi Wan's fighting style. At the beginning, he was in his usual defensive style. Then when he immerged, he was 100% on the offensive, which through Vader off. This fight just how good Obi wan is
As I have explained elsewhere, it is absurd to have Obi-Wan win at this point. It creates a lot more problems with the canon and the original trilogy. Obi-Wan in the original trilogy wants Vader DEAD. And he trains Luke to confront his father and KILL him. He says it just plainly and over and over in the movies, someone would need to see them again. If he had already beaten him, if he could finish him ... why do with another? Why train a boy to kill his father (very cruel thing) if you could do it? Don't come up with the Jedi code, because Obi-Wan trains Luke to be a Jedi, yet he wants him to kill Vader. And don't even say that Obi-Wan hopes that Anakin is still in Vader, because at the end of the series he calls him Darth, he surrenders to the fact that Anakin is no longer there .. in fact in the original trilogy he will continue on this line, even looking for to concur Luke that there is no trace of his father Anakin! Yoda thinks the same thing. So there's really no excuse, they got it all wrong by letting Obi-Wan win. Getting Vader to win was the most logical thing and to be more faithful to the original story (in fact someone had thought about letting Vader win, too bad he won the front '' the hero must win ''). End.

@@honestmaster1932 Here Obi wan's objective was to buy time for the fleeing rebels. He knew killing vader would achieve nothing bcz emperor would just find another apprentice.
In the trilogy telling luke to kill vader serves as a sort of right of passage. Just as obi wan became jedi after (presumably) killing Maul so Luke will become jedi after killing Vader. Then he will be ready to face emperor himself.
Moreover it was at this point that Obi wan's belief that Anakin could be saved got destroyed. If he had not witnessed this interaction he would probaby have instructed Luke to convert back Anakin to light side. But after this he accepted that Anakin had died from a certain point of view.
@@mir3877 Do you see that you contradict yourself alone? Just because on this show he resigns himself to the fact that Anakin is gone, the ending doesn't make sense. At that point since he had defeated him he should have tried to finish him, just because he calls him Darth, and because it is evident that in the original trilogy he wants him dead. It's not true that getting Vader out of the way wouldn't have helped. He would have served to save dozens and dozens of other Jedi that Vader will kill, to save millions of lives, to deal a severe blow to the empire and the Emperor. Also if Obi-Wan was able to beat Vader he could very well have beaten the Emperor much easier with the help of another Jedi, Yoda or Luke when he trained him. This ending does not make sense and it is absurd that as a fan you defend it. A much more coherent and sensible ending would have been the one in which Vader won and Obi-Wan ran away. Sad true.

The merged scream of an enraged, broken, demented, tormented Anakin with the soul-chilling robotic voice of Vader was beautiful and heartbreaking.
Sadly it was about the only thing they got right with this series. It’s almost so good that it makes me look past the previous redundant episodes.
Obi wan could've really ended it there and there but he didn't his feelings really got the best of him.

As Vader said to Luke in RTJ, “Obi Wan once thought as you do.”
After Obi Wan smashed Vader’s helmet, it was Anakin talking, before being suppressed by Vader. He truly was more machine, twisted and evil, than the once good friend Anakin. At this point Anakin ceased to exist and became the true Sith which Obi Wan should’ve finished there and then!
I'm pretty sure he became a "true sith", when he murdered those kids.

Obi Wans flaw he still loves Anakin he should have killed Anakin here. Anakin released his guilty conscience though which was cool. Anakin wanted to be put down here to join Padme. Obi wan won by leaving him to suffer again.

All of which could’ve been avoided if he’d just swung that saber a little more to the right.

Amazing. The only change I can imagine would be to leave the music and ambience during the talking part the same as original except for the change you made after he said goodbye. It was a bit loud and seemed off during their emotional scene. Totally amazing though I wish I hhad your talent for this. Great job my man, 100%

I think the part that was still Anakin wanted obi wan to kill him to end his suffering that the suit was causing him and when he didn't that angered him more to the point that anakin died untithe realized his children still lived that reawoke that part and in the end anakin won that balance of light and dark in him is what the prophercy was about because in the end he ended palpatines hold on the universe and it was his spirit that powered rey i believe id figure his spirit was the most powerful...thats just a thought though

Hey guys, I do hope that you enjoyed this as much as I did, but there is one thing that I didn't like about the litesabre fight, and that is their blades were to short, not like their usual length in ROTSith........
All Obi Wan had to do is push the button that calls his mommy and daddy to come and pick him up.

Why does Vader start out holding his lightsaber with just one hand? You would think he would be just slightly more cautious after being reduced to a shell of his former self on Mustafar in ROTS.

I love how Kenobi goes all nuts on Darth, blasting him with the rocks, and then elbowing him repeatedly in the chest plate, as if to say “Okay, kid; enough of this playing around”.
Vader was always the Learner, and never became the Master. I believe that, even without the Suit, Vader would never reach his full potential using the the Power of the Dark Side of the Force. The Dark Side was always lesser, regardless of who wielded its power. Strength against Strength, the greatest Sith Lord would be lesser than the most powerful Jedi. Perhaps that’s why Palpatine let some of the stronger ones live; he knew he could be taken down one on one.

It’s pretty obvious why. Kenobi couldn’t do it himself. He needed someone else to. It also explains why he just straight up gave up in the OT, when he by all means could have won

And In a new hope he give up because he know he can't win. We can also read his thoughs in a new hope novelization, and Kenobi clearly say he can't win.

And yes that does make sense. Kenobi couldn’t finish anakin on mustafar, but thought he died anyway and was in shambles because of it. Now he had the chance to personally kill him and he couldn’t
