- Circumstances are not a very good indicator of God's will. In our immediate personal lives, we can expect to always experience God's promises, but in this world, Jesus said we would have trouble. God is with us, we are in his kingdom, and his spirit is leading us and supplying healing, but sometimes external life circumstances don't work out. But God is still good, and only good. Thank you Pastor Byar.... Again. So, what your saying is that when we give into temptation.. God still sends love? In other words he's not waiting for me to mess up so he could withdraw all the good gifts? If he doesn't cause temptation, what does Roman's means when it says HE gives people to lustful reprobate mind? .
That means he allows them to reap the fruit of sowing to the flesh.
I think I understand so the temptation is ours which causes lust and god tells us to stop and tells us to have the grace we have the decision to take it

We do not grow spiritually on the mountaintop. We grow in the valleys or trials in life. Satan had to ask God to bring trials on Jobs life and God gives Satan permission except he is not allowed to kill him. Temptations - NO / Trials - Yes it’s called the crushing. God cannot use a man greatly until he has crushed him greatly - Leonard Ravenhill
The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
It's the same word when you do a little looking into the Greek. You're also misreading the story of Job. God didn't give the deceiver permission, he acknowledged that Job was already in fear therefore already susceptible to the enemy's attack. You have to stretch it to say that God gave the devil permission.
@RealLife888-x9s James 1:13 contradicts that idea, which is why it’s important to recognize it’s the same word. The first verse in that chatter say to look to God for help when trials come, but then he says, but don’t say it’s from God.
Proverbs also says that the fool learns the hard way. If you only grow in trials and difficulty, you’re foolish, the wise see ahead and make provision. It’s better to apply wisdom ahead of time.
Now, trouble comes for us all, and how we respond can certainly be a good teacher, but God instructs through his word and spirit in our hearts. If we find ourselves in trials, he’ll help us get out 1 Cor 10:13, but James is clear, don’t say it’s from God, and he goes on to say it’s the good things that are from God.
By the way, God has to allow all the choices of free will beings, he can’t go against his own laws of creation.
