Cursing is not "cuss words" as most believe, it's speaking anything negative or anything bad towards anyone or anything.
The Bible talks about the prophet Elijah (or Elisha) got upset with some children that were making fun of him for being bald headed and he cursed them. My assumption according to how I understand cursing to be, would be something like " I hope a bear comes and gets you, you shouldn't talk to your elders in that manner." I say this because the Bible says he cursed them and then a bear came and ate them.
That would be a curse. Negative words spoken from your mouth towards another person, thing, or even yourself.
Like every time you give a prayer request and say... "Pray for so and so they have Cancer". Yes! That is speaking cancer on that person every single time you speak those words. We can reword it by just asking for prayer for the person or just simply praying for them yourself (which is what I believe we are supposed to do in my opinion just simply pray for the ones we already know that are having problems or the ones God puts into our spirits. I believe if you need prayer on a personal level God will put you in someone's heart/mind. You won't even have to ask him to, he will just automatically do it because he knows what we need.
