For me personally one habit change at a time is the only pace I can go, after a month or more when that new change is a routine already I can add another one and then another one and so on. When I listed 5-20 changes at once I did exactly zero, I tried dozen of times, I'm a tad older than you, with exact same result so it's safe to say I'm not the type of guy who can will himself into a picture perfect self.
Yes that’s true, I should have mentioned I was already actively working on ~90% of these in 2023 (and some for years), and the goal is simply more consistency this year. Also, on the flip side, one good habit can have a positive domino effect on others. Waking up early can lead to better quality sleep score and vice versa.

I got up at 5am as well today but only slept 5 hours, only got 44 mins of deep sleep and 52 mins of REM 😭 so around 3pm I had to take an hour nap to push through because I felt the lack of rest, after that nap though I hit the gym 💪🏽 And for sure brotha I’m looking forward to that 🙌🏽
Yeah I probably could’ve used an extra hour or two. Great to hear you rallied and got that workout in! I took a nap too haha. But man that deep work session on a Saturday morning hits different 🙏🏼

Yep! My favorite lessons from that book is make a habit within easy reach (my piano for example), and stack habits when possible.
