The war on drugs is lost. Recovery and education make better use of tax payer dollars. Free will as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else is a human right.
Definitely. We need a completely different way of looking at drugs. Instead of "all drugs are bad, stay away from anything to do with any of them, don't even learn anything about them", we should know the difference between them, what their effects are, which ones are simple party drugs and which can kill us, etc. I think it would turn out in a way parallel to sex-ed. Abstinence-only sex-ed (not that it can really be called that) states are also the ones with the highest teen pregnancy rates. We need drug-ed the same way we need sex-ed. Good thing the internet is making some strides in that direction too.

Technically postal inspectors don't have any conviction rate considering the fact that they're not united states attorneys. I do get your point though. You're also right about the x-ray machine and the dogs. Fortunately though drug sniffing dogs cannot do 8 hour shifts like human beings can. we on youtube might still be getting older episodes uploaded weekly or bi-weekly. Notice, how the numbering appears all over the place? Well it's because he's been running the podcast on spotify and other places, but recently started uploading both old and new episodes onto youtube. And to get higher engagement it's better to do it in such a way, instead of releasing all at once. The only thing is that it does mess up the ordering a bit, but I don't think that matters too much in case of this podcast series, so it's up to the creator to decide. Personally, for exactly this show, where being up-to-date isn't very important, I'd probably have releases more often on the platform you're coming to, and make them slowly catch-up to the other platforms where you already release at a set schedule. Then set the new platform to the same schedule, and all are to be released at the same time.
Interestingly, he got back to releasing to UA-cam after the algorithm picked it up and recommended to a few people, when the show was a few years old but not updated anymore (including me, I was sick and listened to all episodes with no pauses in a short few days cause had too high temp to do pretty much anything else other than consuming the content, even reading was rather hard). A month or two, I think, passed, I assume Jack noticed the increased viewership and demand, and started making these cool backgrounds and thumbnails (notice how they're actually animated and new for each release) and uploading new episodes with them. He then started both posting both new and older episodes, altering releases.
hahahah I think the first time I mentioned something it was like a year ago! Here's very cool that people gave me the benefit of the doubt and weren't like "he is a liar! It's been a Year!!" :)
1:03:10 - How he was caught: Bitcoin exchange for cash, the cousin being lazy and the USPS opening a package illegally, without a warrant. It's still so crazy to me how people still think the government will follow the law to catch someone.
Was in the life for years. Several of these tatics are derived from street sales. Take every precaution to cover yourself. In the end you always get caught, no matter how careful you are. I live a legal normal life now and dont miss any of the stress for a second.
As my old boss used to say “couple things” 1st: it’s your cousin’s fault. Don’t Sun Tzu yourself to death. 2nd I have to agree with your idea of drug use being victimless. There are plenty of victims and these victim didn’t choose drugs. I’m talking about the family members who lose time and resources. If this self destructive person does their drugs who pays to house them when they go to jail. Who helps subsidize the rehabs. Who pays for revenue loss through theft. And the ones who decide to turn their lives around, they will need help. Who does that while forgetting the hard feelings.
Would be interesting to watch an interrogation interview of a lot of the people on this channel who end up in these situations. I watch a lot of True Crime channels on UA-cam and all the interrogations are just with murderers. After you seen 100's of them, they get old. Nonetheless, great video! Glad he took responsibility, got out earlier and is on the right track. Looks like he would have done some serious time if he was caught legitimately.
Honestly ngl out of the 2 women he was working with I deadass from the very start of the video when he mentioned that I was thinking "oh OK I know how this is going to go down I guarantee the ex is going to end up snitching or getting sloppy or careless etc." But damn I can't believe it was the cousin dude that's just so damn foul cause everyone knows even outside of crime it's unspoken rule that you NEVER go against the family, fredo!!
The craziest thing about this story is that a ridiculous argument about over scooping peas completely changed the trajectory of this man’s life. These dudes all have stereotypes of being these computer bound nerds yet each and every one of them have their own motives and completely different personalities.
that was actually his first clue that I found to be odd and suspicious about his story, the silly crap that his wifes only complaint about him was that he scooped out too many peas? In other words "dont wonder about what I might have done to make her want a separation because it was my pea scooping that did it" And if that wasn't enough to make you wonder about HER instead of him he denied that he even scooped any unusual amounts anyway. That's just weird and should make you wonder why he would even be saying it without also acknowledging how bizarre it is. Yea, sure dude. She must be wacko then and your credibility is in tact, right? Its a manipulation on his part to prevent you from wondering what he must have done wrong for her to want to seperate from him and its so obsurd that its patently false and should be transparent. See my longer comment above to understand why his whole story is BS and not believable. His phony morality over using someone elses address is another manipulation to win you over and think he's a great guy. It's also straight garbage and nobody is goingto get their door kicked in bcause he used their addes, hell he claimed he didn't even get HIS door kicked in and 30 booted and raid suited fed agents carrying machine guns came WITH a WARRNT and only knocked and patiently waited for him to answer the door. And would someone who had all that dope and had been doing what he had answer their door when 30 machine gun carrying masked agents are at your door? hell no, NOBODY would EVER answer their door to that! Thats why they NEVER do that when they come with a warrant. Gimmie a break!

Another mind blowing story .. Kudos Rhysider
Awesome stuff. Sams the man. Hes got a fantastic YT channel as well
Welcome back! Always enjoy the content.
For someone who took OPSEC so seriously he fucked up in a big way with trusting his cousin.
It always goes south when you get other people involved. As Stalin said - where there’s a person there’s a problem.
I've been waiting for this episode since @DoingFedTime mentioned something about it on his channel!
hahahah I think the first time I mentioned something it was like a year ago! Here's very cool that people gave me the benefit of the doubt and weren't like "he is a liar! It's been a Year!!" :)
First time I heard of doingfedtime was his defcon talk and have been a fan ever since
Sam is such a cool dude, his YT channel is a must watch
Thank you Zeb!
I've heard his story before, but you definitely provide frame it excellent so I'll give it another go
this youtube channel kept being recommended to me, so now i listen in after studying. c:

So everyone if there is one thing to learn here its: Don't trust your cousin.
Or more widely ... don't trust nobody.
such a new hugeeee fan tysm for this content in this format....
1:03:10 - How he was caught: Bitcoin exchange for cash, the cousin being lazy and the USPS opening a package illegally, without a warrant.
It's still so crazy to me how people still think the government will follow the law to catch someone.
1:12:52 - His cousin snitched on him...
This content is so professional!!! Great work.
How did the guy possibly get caught when he is a cyber security expert? This should be a really interesting story.
trusting other people. even family can’t be trusted if they aren’t smart
see my explanation above
Welcome back! Great content as always!
This episode was excelent, didn´t wanted to end!
Hey Sam, keep believing in yourself, it's lonely, but safest.
Was in the life for years. Several of these tatics are derived from street sales. Take every precaution to cover yourself. In the end you always get caught, no matter how careful you are. I live a legal normal life now and dont miss any of the stress for a second.
Sam! Your story made me cry. You da man!
welcome back brother. love it
Expected this to be another ghost story, but turned out to be an actually good podcast
This guy was great. Id love to get in touch with him. Thank you for sharing your story brother
Interesting episode. Decent fella. Thanks Jack 😎
Glad to have you back Jack! Hope you had a good break!
This guys attention to detail was on point.
Didn't expect to get the warm and fuzzies at the end of this one
One of my I.T. instructors always said... if you are going to do dark web activities or hacking.... Do it alone
Words of wisdom!
2:13 I so respect and rate that this guy does not want to put people in a tight spot by making them a part of a conspisory.
New to your channel But Im definitely Enjoying what content I've come across so far. Thanks for sharing and All the hard work💯

Looks like he would have done some serious time if he was caught legitimately.
why not just not sell drugs on the deep web? and then he blames people for snitching.
@@Marty_UA-camr he didn't blame anyone. He blamed himself for not checking on his cousin.
@@jorgegonzales9042 why did the person sell drugs and break the law then?
@@jorgegonzales9042 i don't support someone selling drugs illegally regardless whether someone snitches or not.
@@Marty_UA-camr no one said you supports that.
The days of the “honor among thieves” are gone. Now everyone tries to hustle with no rules and it’s anarchy.
There has never been honor among thieves. Ever. That was only ever a sarcastic joke.
@@dawnfire82 nonsense. Even cops recognize that there used to be unspoken rules in the game. Now it’s a damn free for all. I wouldn’t expect you to know because you have never been a successful criminal. Police will leave you alone if you are the lesser of the evil. Because of those ethic if you will.
best content on yt
Very interesting stuff. Great Episode 👍
Such a compelling story, thank you for sharing!
The USAs fentanyl problem is really scary
