Award winning pod as usual. One thing though. The argument that is always used in these situations that the dealer is responsible for overdose victims is false in my opinion. The dealer is part of a larger network. It's like saying to a car dealership whether they can sleep knowing someone might die in a crash in one of their cars. The end user is usually the one ultimately responsible.
The only person responsible for anyone's overdose is the person that CHOSE to take the drugs. We're all responsible for ourselves. People wanna forget that whenever it's inconvenient to remember.

If you're going to snitch, snitch that's fine, i get it. Ive done time, and can understand how scary facing mandatory minimums can be. However, never ever ever make any agreements or say anything to LE without a lawyer present. Period.
Lmao yeah I don't think being a snitch was at all where his moral character wrong😂 I think getting lucky 4 times and still pushing your luck was the real issue.. 100% won't be surprised if he does the exact same thing again till he's finally sentenced. Reminds me of a lot of people I knew
Hell, he may even do it again after that. As he briefly spoke about, our criminal justice system is bs. There is no rehabilitation. What's the point of having these people do "X" amount of time, just to get out and now have a record that can effect and or prevent you from jobs, housing, certain rights such as gun ownership and voting. It's joke to call this rehabilitation. So many people, go right back to "breaking the law" incentivized by the record they now have and feeling like this is their only option. Oftentimes, with new and or better connections and planning or ideas from the networking they essentially got from their little summer camp. Let's not even talk about the ridiculous sentencing at times. But for example, pedophiles often get less time than drug offenses. How does that make any sense?

replacing money obtained from the proceeds of crime with "new" physical cash or bitcoin is not money laundering. You're still stuck wtih it and having to explain where it came from. Money laundering would be setting up a business and issuing invoices for services you didn't actually do and paying tax on it.
that part cracked me up lol. he had to spend all that effort just to get (dirty?) cash, where a regular dealer would be hustling to get that cash cleaned up. now, bitcoin was pretty wild west back then, I wonder if his crypto sales provided legal cover for the cash he would end up with? nowadays you have to document where you get your bitcoin even. cashing out large amounts of dirty bitcoin is pretty difficult rn if I understand correctly. even foggers are heavily analyzed on the blockchain and don't always provide cover
Something tells me that if they were showing him screenshots of the listings, from the buyers login perspective and that means they didn’t have access to anything on his end. Sure, they probably would’ve got something on him eventually, but they were showing the screenshots trying to convince him that they already had him dead to right Then that means they probably didn’t have anything chargeable on him. Otherwise they would’ve just arrested him first.
This episode really opened my eyes to the complexities of tracking cryptocurrency. It’s wild how much goes on behind the scenes. Thanks for another great episode
He snitched and got mutliple people done in. His identity shouldn't be on public record. Now he has to look over his shoulder for the next decade at least.
This kid got absolutely ROLLED by law enforcement. I mean, they use the tactics they do because they are effective I guess. Also would not be surprised if he gets back into the market because he feels like he got off light and "could do it better this time".
I don't know what level his "higher up" was at, but I can tell you at a certain level the penalty for snitch is death. Period. And fwiw, if you are successful enough, you may be harvested anyways. Moral of the.story, don't deal drugs, because in the end, unless you get out soon enough (greed) you will lose.
You better make damn sure if that's the life you choose that you understand what it is you've chosen. Homie had ZERO idea and was some clean cut dweeb that was used to getting away with everything in his sweet little suburban pre med life. Lucky he ain't end up in a ravine somewhere.
Dude snitched on a bunch of people. His own words where he says he probably send some people away who hardly did anything. This is likely the friends who helped him by using their addresses to receive packages. Rolling over on people isn't uncommon but it still doesnt mean you're not a complete douche bag. He enjoyed all the perks of breaking the law and making money. Sure he says "ohh I was paranoid and it was terrible" but he kept doing it and making excuses. Soon as he got confronted, he "cooperated with police" by snitching on every person possible. The whole "so and so did it first" excuse doesn't fly. Dude just shows everyone that he wad a semi-good criminal but a total shit bag who can't be trusted under pressure.
I used to believe in “the code” until everyone else screwed me over lol, I kept a personal friend out of it but screw the rest. Its all an illusion, everyone talks the talk.
To snitch or not to snitch has absolutely nothing to do with weather or not someone snitched on you. It's a moral issue. Its like saying I would never rap someone and then you get rap and decide to do the same. It's just a justification
The war on drugs is such a joke! Sending this guy to prison was nothing but a waste of time and money. He shouldn't feel bad about selling anything including heroin, I've had multiple friends die from drugs and nobody made them use dope! The only people who blame dealers are people who don't understand how addiction works, I've never known an addict who blamed anybody but themselves. Even when a friend was in the hospital after almost dying from an OD, he refused to give up his dealer and basically said word for word, "I'm the one who wanted to get faded, nobody had a gun to my head. Had I not gotten it from one person, I'd have just found it somewhere else. I'm the one who shot more than I could handle, I knew a quarter gram was pushing it but I did it anyways because I'm an addict. The only person to blame for my overdose is me." Anybody who's so depressed that they're sticking a needle in their arm or just using heroin in general, they'd use basically anything that would sedate them, opioids are just their drugs of choice and you'll never stop all drugs, drugs are all around us. Someone with a prescription will cave in and sell a few pills, someone who needs money will take the risks to make or smuggle drugs, if all else fails the end user will buy OTC pills or huff glue or industrial solvents if they really want to escape reality that badly! We'd literally have to change around the entire world to remove all chemicals that can be abused or combined to make drugs and even then, there's still countless plants like the opium poppy and cannabis that grow all over the world. I wish nobody used drugs, especially hard drugs but I'm also a realist. It certainly shouldn't be any of the government's business when they sell alcohol and tobacco without any remorse for the millions of people who die, kids who grow up with an alcoholic parent, alcoholics who die from a seizure trying to quit, etc! Pure heroin does absolutely zero long term damage to the body, in every single aspect, opioids are less harmful to society or to users than alcohol is. The only reason it's so dangerous is because it's controlled by the black market who cut it with other drugs like carfentanil. Opioid users weren't dropping like flies when oxycontin was the drug of choice for most users because they were getting a drug where they knew the dosage, it was consistent and nobody was cutting it with other drugs to increase profits. It was made in a lab by professional chemists and the biggest danger came from the fact that the pills weren't made to be smoked or injected so people were inhaling/injecting binders and fillers that were harmful. All the war on drugs does is make drugs more dangerous, waste law enforcement's time that could be spent focusing on real crimes and make criminals rich. Society certainly hasn't benefited from it, it's been used as nothing but an excuse to maintain the world's largest prison population and exploit that population for slave labor. Anybody who wants street drugs either knows somebody to ask, a corner to go to or a dark web marketplace to order from and anybody who wants psychedelics can go to a music festival, a rave or a dark web marketplace too. With the internet, they're easier to get now than they have been since they've been illegal! I'm just sick of my hard earned money going towards groups like the DEA that have been working diligently for 50 years and absolutely nothing has changed. We need to focus our efforts on harm reduction and education, not prohibition. We tried this with alcohol and the exact same thing happened, it just went underground where it became way more dangerous and attracted organized crime. We're calling the overdose crisis an epidemic and things just keep getting worse, it's time to admit that it was a failure, take control away from the black market and do everything possible to keep everyone using alive long enough to get clean. We've literally got nothing left to lose but everything to be gained! Just try it, let adults buy vials of liquid/pills/pure powdered opioids, benzos, MDMA, ketamine, etc. Worst case scenario we see that it's not working, make those drugs illegal again and we're right back where we started. Nothing gained, nothing lost. If countries like Portagul, the Netherlands and Switzerland are anything to go by, if we put the right programs in place beforehand, we'd almost certainly see countless issues surrounding drugs disappear overnight! At this point I'm willing to try anything that's backed by evidence that it works, words can't describe how sick I am of hearing that yet another old friend died or is in prison over something as stupid as selling a small amount of drugs smh. As I said, I wish nobody used drugs but ultimately, it's out of my control. All I can do is encourage them to get treatment and hope that they actually live long enough to even do so...
It's not the same anymore. Dealers are now WILLINGLY selling Xanax laced with Fentanyl to get more customers. Your argument is completely negated by the Mexican drug cartels and the death dealers on the market. You can't disassociate yourself from them because they will keep killing 100,000 United States citizens a year with laced Fentanyl pills
Been in your seat, faced a lot more time... stiched lip & we all walked. I would do everything in my power to get him poked... he's the worst kind of ppl... He didn't even have to do criminal activities, he wasn't poor... man he got me hot...
Ok so let's clean this up a little bit and remove the cap. First off his (higher up) didn't directly snitch on him. Now his negligence may have lead to his arrest or the feds investigating his higher up may have lead them to him.
Maybe were all lucky dude didnt end up a doctor. 😂💀 Jfc. Im embarrassed to be the same species as this dude. Bro turned right around and ran back to the suburbs like a scared little kid running home to his mom after getting whupped outside.
At 19:00 V talks about living an apartment that's owned by someone else, and if the cops raid, they have stuff there that most likely won't be connected to them, but completely dismisses or doesn't think about fingerprints, hair etc.
Of course, drug prohibition itself can't exist if a single Amendment in the Bill of Rights exists. So...the bar-licensed and cop sociopaths just pretend it doesn't exist.

Mylar blocks the X-ray. It’s essentially a metallic foil with PET. (Plastic) vacuum sealed will help the smell a little since it’s multi layered. It’s not gonna totally block the dogs though.
You consider whether or not you want to talk to the police BEFORE you enter this business. It disgusts me that people like that breathe my air. I wish they'd stop doing that.
Wait, this is basically old episodes being slowly put onto youtube right? I've not come close to listening to all the episode from my podcast app as I just started 6 weeks ago.
Pretty sure its up to date. But maybe not or his podcast might just have exclusive episodes. 129 videos here and 134 episodes on his podcast so I think the podcast just has a couple exclusives or just some content that didn't make the cut for YT
37:36 fun fact: Mylar is supposed to actually block the X-ray machines from seeing in. Same material as the little covers that come with the old EZPass from NY state . They blocked the radar from sensing and engaging it too while on the road and not wanting to us it back in the day. So the main thing would be to decoy ontop of that so it does stick out
ACTUAL fun fact: They use laser machines that cost $30,000 to see through packages now. It can identify over 400 prohibited items in the mail. The way to defeat the laser machines is to use thick black plastic. The device laser can "see" they EVERYTHING else but that. Go read how they busted Dark Market buyers & sellers. They used the laser device in a ton of them.
"How a handheld analyzer eliminates the need for narcotics officers to open suspicious packages" " This is why narcotics officers should be carrying a handheld tool like the Rigaku Progeny ResQ FLX narcotics analyzer. It uses advanced Raman laser technology to scan through clear and translucent packaging, allowing the suspicious powders, gels, liquids and pastes inside to be safely identified without opening containers."
"I was drowning everyone I could for 8 months because guy who's already arrested snitched on me" ??? you can try to trick other people but you cant lie to yourself. guest of this episode is impressive piece of human garbage PS - amazing content, love your videos
This guy's problem becomes very clear the first two minutes of the podcast and also at the very end of the podcast. He has no moral compass it's basically I'll do whatever it takes to get by. Is morality is relativeistic
I'm pretty sure, based on everything this person said in the interview, I know who this person is. If it is who I think it is, I spoke to them several times in private, we got along very well. He disappeared one day and I was disappointed we couldn't continue our conversations.

Yeah one of my best friends who is now dead had that game plan, get arrested, 10x the stupidity, repeat.
Im an associates Cybersecurity student in Puerto Rico and I absolutely love this channel! My university will be rolling on career laddering for full InfoSec bachelors in a year aproximately so ill continue with the IT Bachelors then transition to InfoSec as soon as possible when the changes to the courses and career laddering take effect!

He said he’s always been business minded. It’s more like criminal minded. But he wasn’t getting help from his friends or family around him, that would even take packages for him.
Yaaay, my all-time favorite podcast is back with a brand-new episode! Woohoo! Let's get ready to tune in and rock the airwaves! Give us those epic discussions, those mind-blowing insights, and those electrifying moments we've been craving!

I'm brand new to this channel but sounds so interesting.
Found this channel like a month ago and it’s the only thing I have been watching since. Keep up the episodes there awesome! 💙
Should have been thrown out. His name wasn't even on the warrant
This is a great video! I listened in on a 2 hour drive. Super interesting topic and something I have wondered about the unter workings if for a while.
This is one of the coolest channels on youtube
My ex husband became a heroin addict. He, and this guy you had on your show as a heroin dealer have caused decades of harm to me and my kids.
Only your husband hon.
Can't blame anyone else
Yeah this guy bought what the feds were selling 😂 the higher probably never snitched!
Definitely didn't snitch. He went on the run. Plus there would be no need to snitch on him bc they would have gave him immunity
my biggest regret is not being a drug dealer.. they made a TON of money and never seem to get long or harsh sentences.. here i am middle aged and can't even make above poverty income yet, still haven't been able to afford a relationship.. i shuda sold drugs.. i missed a golden opportunity

Ways to make money don't sound dumb
i'm almost 50 and I make 22k a year.. i almost made 40k one year.. I'm a loser at life.. but i see drug dealers around living it up!! Going on trips, enjoying nice food, having a GIRLFRIEND!!.. you think a girl wants to date someone who can't afford a family.. nope @@TonyJones-l1n
you still have time 🙂
replacing money obtained from the proceeds of crime with "new" physical cash or bitcoin is not money laundering.

Why would you want to hide your name if you've already been caught and it's on the public record attached to the crime?
@@kenosabilol stfu dork you woulda snitched too.
Lmao “doesn’t want to say” the drug he sold then proceeds to call them k-packs which is slang for how many things again? 😂😂😂
How’d he choose to eat on you if he was on the run and called to alert you? You’re justifying what you did!
Bro really snitched on the weed dealer 😭😂
Yeah he on some serious bish behaviors.
I wonder how many people realize this transaction was kept anonymous because of CASH. Why would anyone want a cashless society?!
I used to believe in “the code” until everyone else screwed me over lol, I kept a personal friend out of it but screw the rest. Its all an illusion, everyone talks the talk.
Hate that it happened to you. But, not everyone talks. I know this personally.
Most people talk but not everyone
To snitch or not to snitch has absolutely nothing to do with weather or not someone snitched on you. It's a moral issue. Its like saying I would never rap someone and then you get rap and decide to do the same. It's just a justification
I really want that end music track.
Other than that, this was an amazing listen. Can't wait for the next one. Thank you both.

This episode is crazy! Love it
I really hope he finds another stimulus that makes it possible to not fall back.

I like the intro music. Its addicting. Its like classic dark crime show type music. perfect.
This guy did not sell weed or anything on silk road. First you dont pick up 8ths To jast sell..... Second he sounds younger than 25... Just no way
lol this guy was definitely getting punked in prison, "keep ur head low and youll be ok!" LOL.
Ok so let's clean this up a little bit and remove the cap. First off his (higher up) didn't directly snitch on him. Now his negligence may have lead to his arrest or the feds investigating his higher up may have lead them to him.
i can't get over how much this guy sounds like... Jack are you Pioneer Pauly?
So he was a snitch. Despicable
As a teenager, how did his parents not notice anything?
They ain’t care his mom prolly was getting new shoes an fancy dinners every visit

At 19:00 V talks about living an apartment that's owned by someone else, and if the cops raid, they have stuff there that most likely won't be connected to them, but completely dismisses or doesn't think about fingerprints, hair etc.
I wonder what became of her,
11:59 Yeah, that's a 4th Amendment violation. You have to be on the warrant in order for your personal space to be searched.
Of course, drug prohibition itself can't exist if a single Amendment in the Bill of Rights exists. So...the bar-licensed and cop sociopaths just pretend it doesn't exist.
Your videos are amazing
Ahh another lovely episode i get to listen to while at work

Mylar blocks the X-ray. It’s essentially a metallic foil with PET. (Plastic) vacuum sealed will help the smell a little since it’s multi layered. It’s not gonna totally block the dogs though.
Wait, so if we’re not dumb enough to go and sell drugs online, then we can’t form an opinion lol
Went to a mattress store today with literally the same chain on the same street a block down, & then a mattress firm a block further 😅

Anyone else think "V" sounds like Matt Damon?
42:14 when he meets the hustler from 1 hour awaay 😂
Somebody was playing some Cyberpunk 2077 before the interview.
37:36 fun fact: Mylar is supposed to actually block the X-ray machines from seeing in. Same material as the little covers that come with the old EZPass from NY state . They blocked the radar from sensing and engaging it too while on the road and not wanting to us it back in the day.
So the main thing would be to decoy ontop of that so it does stick out
ACTUAL fun fact:
They use laser machines that cost $30,000 to see through packages now.
It can identify over 400 prohibited items in the mail.
The way to defeat the laser machines is to use thick black plastic. The device laser can "see" they EVERYTHING else but that.
Go read how they busted Dark Market buyers & sellers. They used the laser device in a ton of them.
"How a handheld analyzer eliminates the need for narcotics officers to open suspicious packages"
" This is why narcotics officers should be carrying a handheld tool like the Rigaku Progeny ResQ FLX narcotics analyzer. It uses advanced Raman laser technology to scan through clear and translucent packaging, allowing the suspicious powders, gels, liquids and pastes inside to be safely identified without opening containers."
"I was drowning everyone I could for 8 months because guy who's already arrested snitched on me" ???
you can try to trick other people but you cant lie to yourself. guest of this episode is impressive piece of human garbage
PS - amazing content, love your videos
Snitched and still went to prison.. ah gotta love that justice system
He could’ve avoided half of this by simply saying “I’m not talking without a lawyer”
