Thanks very much Andy. It's a simple process that I use for these videos - no pro camera crew, just me on location as I go about my business, so nice to hear that my approach is well received :)
Thanks - I don't like to make these videos too complicated, especially if there's product or technical info involved. Glad you found it helpful. ... and the music is West Green by Matt Stevens.
Thank you for the great review. May I ask do you worry about jarring the lens constantly with vibrations when rolling over a long trail of pebbles or trail? How does the wheels hold up?
@mynameisjamesj Thanks James - glad you liked it. The 1510 is the largest carry-one size permitted for airlines, so I'm told. I would say, though, best to double-check with Peli and the airlines before purchase if you are in any doubt!
Gr8 review!! Nice and easy mate. I'll have 2 consider these though Peli's for my streetdays!!. Furthermore, what's the song u've used for the begining & end of the review, please...? Thanks for sharing all your time whit us....Jorge (from Spain)
***** In theory, yes - although I've never had any issue with this. One thing to consider when loading up the pockets is the positioning of items in relation to what will be directly below them. For example, you wouldn't site a heavy, metal object (such as a multi tool) above an up-facing lens, even with a lens cap attached.
Yeah, I've got a question: Why did you call this a "test". You didn't actually test anything, did you? And here's another question: If you think these cases are so protective, why didn't you climb up on the tracks, and drop a case containing your equipment from the bridge? How do you think your equipment would have fared?
+Seamus de Mora Thanks for commenting, Seamus. Please take a look at The Active Photographer website to see my definition of gear tests. For reference, 'Test/Review' is the category and products are tested (i.e. used) in the course of my day-to-day activities before my thoughts are shared. Also, if you want dramatic, "let's blow stuff up" style reviews, there are plenty of those around - I'm afraid that's just not my style. That said, I have complete faith in my Peli cases, which have been dropped multiple times with no damage to their contents.
ActivePhotographer Thank you, Giles. I'll review this as soon as I'm able. Currently in "recovery" after returning from 3 weeks in Western Scotland - simply stunning!

Fantastic review, really considering buying one of these now! Just one question, can this be for hand luggage in airports or is it too large?

Thanks very much - I'm glad you found the video useful! I'd say it's well worth considering this case :)
Great review video! I'm considering to get this case for when I upgrade.
Shiba Inu Mochi Thanks! These really are great cases; I love mine and they continue to serve me well :)
doesn't adding the section organizer on the lid take from protection of the gear?

you can travel with Pelican 1510? airport security?
Absolutely. I have had no problems when travelling with mine through airports.
Do you know if there is any light stand small enough to fit inside the case?
Absolutely - take a look at the Manfrotto Nano stand. These are what I use and I keep two of them in one of my 1510 cases at all times.
good looks my guy!!
