Despite your inner self, you get up to go see what the noise was. Another bump. Where’s it coming from? Bump. The kitchen. You slowly and cautiously walk to the kitchen, making sure to not make any noise. Bump. You peek around the kitchen corner to see nothing. You let out a sigh of relief as you walk into the dark kitchen. Bump. What? What’s still making that noise? You turn to look at your stove, which has spoons hanging overhead. Several spoons lay on the stovetop, seemingly knocked down by something. You shake off the thought as you put the spoons back to their places. As you put the last spoon back, you hear a soft whisper from behind you. “Perfect....” You are too terrified to move. “even better than mama”. In pure adrenaline and instincts, you sprint out of the kitchen. You run to your room, and promptly lock the door. You dial 911 from your phone. “Hello? 911? I think someone broke into my house!” The line is silent for a bit. “H- hello?” you ask. Another voice answers, “It okay, mama can help it.” You scream and hang up, rocking on your bed. You close your eyes and call for help, but it’s useless. You hear your door squeak open. I thought you locked it? You keep your eyes squeezed shut, too terrified of what you might see. After a few minutes, you hear nothing. You think whatever was there left, so you slowly open your eyes. You are surrounded. Surrounded by a dark figures in the shape of a woman with a hair band on. They start chanting. “perfect.....perfect.....mamas impressed....mamas impressed...” you scream for help, but the chanting is all you hear. Your thoughts race. They chant again, “cooking mama....cooking mama.....COOKING MAMA” soon enough, that is all you can see. Cooking mama. You are thinking of cooking mama. You taste cooking mama. You are cooking mama. The way we make it is a little bit of seasoning, ketchup, breadcrumbs, and an egg. After it's done then we throw gravy on top and eat bread, mashed potatoes, and corn with it. Mmmm
I suggest the “Cook or be Cooked” game for the Wii. All the recipes are of fully cooked meals with steps. The game is not the best but it features Food Network style dishes. There are gameplay vids out there to check it out.
