So good to get back into these habits, future you will be better off as you age. I’m 43 as well and in perimenopause and totally think part of the reason I started early was bad health habits. Skin looking good. 🙌🏽 Very curious about mob beauty.

Yes! No matter what I do, the Le Prunier SPF flakes/pills, and it’s not a silicone or water vs oil issue. I’ve read it might be because of the xantham gum in it… Solara Suncare and Babo Botanicals are my HG SPFs.
Also, don’t be too hard on yourself. If you follow cycle syncing, our bodies need more rest or movement, depending on which part of our cycle we are in. Curious if you do a standing desk at your treadmill? I’m trying to incorporate weights more as well! Any tips?
I have GOT to try Solara! And the pilling on Plume is such a bummer.
Actually I just moved my standing desk up to the studio where I do most of my work. I have yet to get a tread for under it. I’ve wanted to but I have a full treadmill so seemed like overkill.
As for the weights: track it. Go up little by little and form is so important. I was nervous I’d injure a weak shoulder etc. honestly there’s so much I’ve learned and I swore id take better notes. It’s overwhelming from the outside, even starting. Well, especially starting.
I may start writing things down in drafts on the site to track because to be honest, I could talk about it all day long haha.
Oh and if I’m not hydrated my training sessions are crap. It became very obvious.
You’d be surprised how much you can lift. I do different exercises two to three times a week and progressively add a few more pounds to slowly ramp up! Happy to dive into more detail. Biggest thing: just getting in there and trying. I’m cheering you on from Nashville! 💜

Ps heard back and they’re not really clear on ingredients. They did mention there are no essential oils, but when I pushed for transparency I heard crickets which is really disappointing (speaking of Zao).
Hmmm, sunscreens. I have to say I’m really liking Eleven right now. No irritation- take a look at those ingredients and Odacite!

Have you tried anything from Izzy? Their packaging/refill program seems promising but I wonder how the products perform.

Yep! I tried their mascara- wasn’t super impressed which bummed me out because I had high hopes. I may try more!
Florasis is another Chinese company. That's one thing I have yet to see a Beauty Tuber mention.
