The Casita Goes to King Tide | Washington Coast Camping

We are headed to King Tide on the Washington Coast and camp in the Casita travel trailer at Cape Disappointment State Park. We get the chance to see the power of nature and the ocean. And join me on my first beach garbage haul.

Hello =) My husband and I were just at Cape Disappointment on November 14 & 15. The campground is really nice with great space between sites. We were in Loop A and were so close to the ocean.

I was there last month and had a fabulous time. I did notice when I was walking around that one of the camping loops closest to the beach had evidence of sneaker wave activity as logs were thrown all over the loop road and campsites. No one was camping in this loop so hopefully it had been closed?
