Californians and their sourdough! Exploring caves is fun and that one looked pretty cool. Lots of them over here on this side of the mountains. I love that you took your bread machine with you. We will sometimes take our Ooni pizza oven with us camping just because we like our homemade pizza on it. I love to bake but have never used a bread maker for my breads. If camping & making bread then I make it in a dutch oven. Happy camping!

i’ve been watching you from the very first beginning of your camping travels with your Casita. You guys are amazing. I’m a Proud owner of a 2008 SD. Did you put chalks on both wheels or two chalks on one wheel?

Hey just catching up on some of your videos and I saw something caught my attention. Our Casita is a 2022 SD . We just tinted our windows this past fall with some privacy tint. However in the process I found that the screen in our Emergency window, moves from one side to other, it also comes out quite easy. I hope this info helps, anyway thanks for the videos.

I love your sharing your experiences. 🌷Thank You🌻 I use a mini teaspoon of honey to kill bitterness when I stopped using creamer on coffee and it is not bad.

We use the toilet the same way, except that we do keep a grocery bag in there in case of an emergency poop. 😄 You can gain an inch by using dry decking squares instead of the teak mat. We use micro fibers towels to wipe down the walls, they dry fast and get the job done. We took our bathroom door off and have a nice decorative shower curtain instead and it has worked beautifully. That door just got in the way and took up a lot of room. We travel with two small dogs and one of them was constantly getting hit by the door. I cut a regular shower curtain in half, shortened it and sewed it up. I did add additional weights on the bottom to keep it sticking to us while showering. We also had Katy's Casita Closet add a shelf in the dry compartment and it added so much more useable space. We love our little bathroom!

What I enjoy watching is the different parks and places that people go. Gives me ideas for our future trips. That park is something that would interest me, however, we do live in Florida but we are planning a pacific coast trip in 2026. You didn't tell us how the bread came out. 😃

I think it's great that your combine cooking, hiking, and going to different parks. I like seeing these. Especially the different types of foods people fix. Gives you ideas for your own camping trips. And not the same old things you fix every time you camp. You have different recipes. One thing we do that don't know if you'll can where you are. We string a rope heavy for german Shepard and great Danes between trees so they can run and have a little exercise between walks and get tired with out us always on the end of their leases. Water is always available to them. They love it.

To answer your question, you do a good job of bringing viewers along on your adventures. I’m sure it’s hard to create new content, I think you do a good job of it. Try a Q&A, variety is your friend.

What would you have done differently with your configuration? How do you refill the water supply tank when camping at locations without dedicated campsite water hookup? We use RV grade toilet paper. It may be more expensive, but it dissolves effectively and won’t clog your system.

Yes! This is the info I've been looking for. We ordered ours without the sink since there's another perfectly good sink in the trailer (pickup is on Monday!!!). I'm 5'10" and also very much appreciate your perspective as another tall woman.

We don't do #2 in ours either, we use the facilities available at the campground for that. Should we be boon docking or if it's a middle of the night emergency then we will use a sealable gel/powder filled wag bag set in the toilet itself so that we don't have to put solid waste into the black tank. This is a non-negotiable for us and the system has worked well thus far. We don't use the sink in the bathroom either, mostly because we have the deep sink in the kitchen. I shower in the wet bath sparingly as we have the outdoor shower option and I use the facility showers when at a campground if available. I am not opposed to showering in it but it makes for less clean up and it's a bit tight in there when showering. I don't know if I'd remove it completely because I do enjoy utilizing the under sink cabinet for storage, even more so after adding the Katy's Closet Bath Shelf in ours.

2 questions for you. Sorry if I missed it in your video. How much was delivery? How did you rule out an Escape 17? I’m considering a used Casita or a used Escape. Both are hard to find in Southern CA. Thank you.

As a safety precaution, in Pennsylvania it is state law that you have to cross your chains in case your hitch pops off, and it keeps your hitch from catching the ground. Keep your videos coming because I am so interested in purchasing a Casita so I can venture out on my own. I love your tips and advice!

Okay, watching you two take in the river and then the Tillamook Creamery, was great. I am going to have to put the Creamery on a bucket list trip. How was the mozzarella? Sorry about the truck. Love the generated power station they offer, yet myself am looking at a RAM. Those postcards are cute and would love one to put in my bucket list trip folder. We have had several Toyotas and love them. We pulled a 25 foot Forest River. It does great and it's a 2015. Good luvk.
