I am changing the cap station and when I pulled it out the assembly under it came up too. When I put it back together the left side of that assembly will not seat all the way down, making it higher than the right side. see picture. Since it is doing that the head assembly can not roll over it. It stops. What can I do to fix it? Any ideas?
my bn20 has a clicking problem where as it clicks repeatedly then stops suddenly do you have a video where can demonstrate how to fix this problem, i would like to believe its the head belt that is giving the problem
I was told that changing the cap top every year, depending on how much you use it, is a normal maintenance procedure. How do we know when we should replace it?
Hello, Changing the cap tops every year may work for some people depending on how often they're using their machine, however you may need to change them sooner depending on your nozzle check results. If you're missing nozzles and the cleaning cycles do not revive them, then that's when it's time to change the cap top.
Stahls' TV hi i have a roland bn20 i just got second hand, when it prints it has overspray for black and magenta, i have done several deep cleans changed felt and rubber wiper, flushed it but still has some overspray, on the nozzle check all is fine apart feom 1 black however the quality print is still ok.. do u have any suggestions? Not sure changing the capping station would help? I have also done a head soak for 2 days

If the head hits the capping station is that a sign the capping station need to be replaced or a spring has come up?
