If I only have the Cadillac/tower at home, is doing just the Cadillac/tower workouts able to give me a balanced functional workout? Or would I be missing some key exercises? I do go to in studio Pilates once per week for reformer/Cadillac/chair as well.
It's a good question Justin. It totally depends on the routine you do. Any equipment can be a balanced workout if all the planes of movement and body parts are considered. All the equipment can be unbalanced too if not carefully sequenced.
