If no estate of deceased plaintiff or in case no deceased plaintiff then how will court recover fees?? Moreover sir g u made CPC toooo easy..to learn..thank you soo much bless u..
It's simply talked about that if plaintiff fail to do his duty as prescribed under this rule then court made order against him to pay the court fees or other co-palintiff to pay the same as he don't remain a indigent person.
@@harpreetsinghkahlon2827 sir agar case ke disposal ke baad bhi nhi hai ? How will he pay then . Also sir plz explain 11 A as if he is indigent how from his estate we can recover
Sir I have 2 doubts regarding rule 11 cl (a) & rule 11A R 11A if indigent person dies then it says that court will recover the court fees from the estate of an indecent person. But as he was an indegent person before death and was declared by court as indegent person then how would his estate come?? As per the definition of indegent person he was not having enough means then how come this estate?? Pls solve my doubt sir.. Thanks
Also sir I request u to pls make a vedio regarding any tips for judicial purpose interview, as I m going to give civil judge interview but I have no such knowledge how to face such an interview.. So pls of u provide knowledge regarding that it would be very useful sir.. Thanks a lot
Sry g, order is very clear that when the permission of indigent is withdrawan by court or plaintiff otherwise fails due to reason mentioned under subtitle (a) and (b). Court then can recover the court fees
If he would have the property that comes into his hand after or before the decision, then he is liable to respect the verdict of the court and to pay the decree holder

Sir agar wo indigent person h toh wo kaise court fees pay karega
Indigent persons are allowed to file case without paying court fees but at the disposal of case court may ordered any party to pay it

Sir lekin 11(a) agar judgement aane se pehle uski death ho jaati h to Wo Kese pay kare ga wo indigent h
Uske pass to 1000 se kam ki property hogi
If he would have the property that comes into his hand after or before the decision, then he is liable to respect the verdict of the court and to pay the decree holder
