Sir you said that rule 90 is open for all the person, whereas rule 89 is only for the JD..but sir in the provision of rule 89 also it is written that any person claiming an interest in the property may apply to set aside the sale, can you pls explain this point. And one more thing once the sale becomes absolute can it be set aside? Kindly clear this doubt of mine.
Theoretically it's true that in rule 89 and 90, it's mentioned that any person who is interested can set it aside the sale. But in rule 89 stranger claimed through JD whereas in rule 90 purchaser who is independently claimed to set aside the sale on the ground of fraud or irregularities, that's why I said so.

Once the sale become absolute on being confirmed by court then it can't be set aside in cpc
