One of the first reviews of this figure. Thank you! I love it but it is pricey. I am so glad Takara Tomy went back and gave this figure an original design rather than ending it with that last remold. I would love to see how this looks next to the Haslab Victory Saber and Deathsaurus as well as with the upcoming Star Optimus. So glad to see more Japanese Transformer designs getting some love.
I personally like this as an update, it builds on the spirit of the original without being completely over the top and over complicated… I know it’s partly that I’m just older, but some transformers these days are an exercise in patience which just removes some of the fun for me personally.

I have 2x MP-60 and 3x MPG-09 on the way to me right now! I know this is Ginrai, and it will be Ginrai in my collection too, but I can't wait to finally play with my childhood Optimus again!

I love the idea of god ginrai, but i absolutely hate its design just threw proportions out of the window. It feels like a sentai megazord's final form.

アイアコーンを外したまま撮影した様です・・・

ちなみにアイアコーンがきっちりハマる個体は少ないみたいで、ハマる位置まで押し込んだ後にアイアコーンの足をほんの少し広げてやる必要があります
一応、それで自然に外れる心配は無くなりますが最初は何やコレとイライラするのでお気を付けてください
