4th Gen 4runner stuck in 4Lo. Actuator fix

I think I read where the motors can handle 30v so you might can send more to free it up if 12v doesn’t work. I came across a post on 4runner forum that helped me out and thought I would share but I’m not verified to share links it was from feralcomprehension he led me to fixing it!
