Found Versace the Dreamer and Mont Blanc Individual at Burlington for less than $20 each. My husband was very thankful. Another awesome Mont Blanc is Legend Spirit. Smells amazing.
One that I recently found was Marvel Iron Man, I bought it because I love the character but was pleasantly surprised at the collectible bottle and even more so at the great scent.
I just picked up that Salvatore Blu gift set at Marshalls last week for $40. I've got BDC and Dylan Blue. It's exactly how you described it. Been using it for the office and gym. Complement magnet so far.
Checked this video out 3 months agonizing and ever since then I’ve been trying to cop Burberry Brit Rythm from a rack store....finally scored today and bought not 1 but two for only 12.99ea!
I picked up a couple of pretty good cheapie scents at Marshall's myself, Perry Ellis Green 360 and Parfums Aubosson Salted Vetiver and I have been blown away by both of them. Folks are sleeping on that Aubosson for sure and it's another scent that has that salty melon accord like Milliseme Imperial and the Ellis is very fresh and green smelling . Check them out if you see them.

Pick up a bottle of the Mont Blanc Starwlker this weekend from TJ Maxx for $20. its an awesome fragrance, reminds me of Dior Savage. its it bit cold now, but i know it will hold up better in the spring and summer time. Im addicted to Rack stores, there are alot of hidden gems at those stores.
Big shoutouts to Curve Wave - was my signature scent in high school when it was newly released and it still smells unique and refreshing to this day. Not many other fragrances under $20 that smell that good and can last all day either. Huge fan of Perry Ellis 360 White as well. Sweeter and softer Le Male to my nose.
