I love the hunt for inexpensive fragrances from rack stores. I have found all you listed but I have not found any niche fragrances as some have. Also like you I have a few I regret passing on. Here's a few of my best finds: Prada Luna Rossa Black, Armani Code Absolu Gold, Colonia and A-List, YSL LaNuit L'intense, Varvatos Vintage, Robert Graham Valour, Ferragamo Uomo and Signature, D&G Intenso, The One and Grey.

So lucky I found a 4.2 oz Halston Man Amber for $14.99. Definitely one of my most prized discontinued bottles. Other rack finds.. Mugler Pure Coffee, JV Dark Rebel, Quorum Silver (finished the bottle!) and my first TJ Maxx purchase a little over 13 years ago.. Grey Flannel.
I also love hunting for great deals at my local rack stores. In the past couple of months I got Banana Republic Gardenia and Cardamom, Tobacco and Tonka Bean and Black Walnut all for $49 total, Banana Republic 83 Leather Reserve and Vintage Green for $20 each, and Polo Red Extreme 2.5 Oz. for $27. That last one was my best deal for sure.
I also love Mr. Burberry Indigo. It's such a well put together "blue"-ish type fragrance. Helps that MFK was the perfumer behind it. I think the best that I've personally found was L'Artisan Parfumeur 5ml mini coffret set that had La Chasse Aux Papillons, Mûre Et Musc, and Timbuktu for 14.99, or the 4.2oz JV x NJ Crimson for 16.99.
I absolutely love my Issey Miyake Noire Ambre. Had it just over a year based on your recommendation Ash. Thanks for the Heads up. Think I paid about £40 for it if memory serves..👍👍👍
I got a Serge Lutens Fleurs D’Oranger 50 ml for $30 bucks at a TJ Maxx’s a few weeks ago. Original Penguin Premium Blend, Guess 1981 Los Angeles, and Abercrombie and Fitch First Instinct Extreme have been my other favorite rack store pickups. Great video
Bvlgari Wood Neroli, Mont Blanc Explorer, D&G Light Blue Sun, D&G The One, Jimmy Choo Man Ice, and YSL L'Homme Sport are some of the best ones I've found and bought from TJ Maxx. I also found the biggest bottle of Terre d'Hermes but I didn't want to blind buy a $130 bottle of cologne and end up not liking it.
My rack pickups of 2019/20 were nuts I got a 50ml 16L01 aventus for 60 bucks juliette gas a gun in the mood for oud on double clearance for 59 Creed love in white for 140 Gucci pour homme II for 55 Pure malt 2015 for 40 Clive Christian L(the discontinued version) for 200 200ml of L'homme Ultime for 75 just to name a few lol
I got Gucci pour Homme II for 55 Euros on eBay, but that was at more than a decade ago. Nice pickups, our rack store isn't that high end and most of the fragrances there can be found cheaper on the internet.
If you don't like it, I'll buy it! Or heck, I'd trade a full 100ml bottle of Dior Sauvage EDT, or even several other nice bottles since I have so many, especially for some One Million Prive! That's one I never can find other than online for ridiculous pricing that I'll never pay 🤷♂️
If I could make a major suggestion, and I know this will most likely go either unnoticed by Ash or disregarded, but i'll make it anyway. I have watched hundreds, if not thousands of fragrance videos throughout my time and although this channel is by far my favourite, there's is one component that absolutely irks me, and that is the fact that fragrances being reviewed are either not displayed on a table throughout reviewing or the name doesn't remain visible for the duration of time he spends speaking about it. There are many videos where I may not have time to watch the whole thing, preferring to quickly skim through the video to find each fragrance. But the issue with this format of delivery is that I have to find the perfect moment where the video phases to the fragrance for a few seconds then back to Ash. I would very much prefer if there is some sort of blurb on the bottom corner or the fragrances placed on a table. One other thing being the fragrances in the background. I hate that they are blurred out. In redolessence's videos as well as the fragrance apprentice and many other youtubers, the background is quite visible and to be frankly honest, it is pleasurable to be able to glance at all the fragrances in the collection in the background whilst listening and paying attention to the review. The video is just way too zoomed in on the face. I don't think a close shot is appropriate for this type of content. There needs to be more of a visible incorporation of the actual fragrances into the video. It expands our visual cues and interest.
Mr. Burberry Indigo. One of my 'go to'. Overlooked and misunderstood. Try Mr. Burberry Element and indeed Mr. Burberry. All make up the back bone of my daily fragrance rota. You also look out for Richard James, UK designer. All of his Colognes are outstanding! Niche quality too.
Missed Davidoff Cool Water....(walmart) and other places.... when I was low in budget Cool Water was the one to go with. Now I get the most compliments w YSL and Sauvage EDT, EDP and Elixir
Just picked up a 50 ml bottle of Ferragamo Uomo Signature at TK Maxx (aka TJ Maxx) for 30 Euros, I like it quite a bit. Wish I could test Noir Ambre, but I've never seen it anywhere and it's a bit pricey for a blind buy at €120.

you have to look frequently. sometimes they put the 1.7 oz price on the 3.4 ounce bottles. you have to be careful though because they sometimes do the opposite of this as well.
Little word to the wise… You gotta hide the fragrance in the store, then come back the next day and pick it up. Pulled that move with a bottle of TM Pure Malt… wasn’t sure I wanted a back up bottle. His that bad boy. Came back about 3 days later and bought it.. Genius
Don’t ask me how I ended up back on this video… He was talking about not buying a bottle due to the extremely long line and being in a rush.. In that case… It would make more sense if you didn’t have time to wait. On a normal day / line.. Sure, pick it up and return if you don’t want..
My best rackstore finds last year was PR 1 million Prive 100ml $45 and Prada Luna Rossa Black 100ml $66.

I think I have all the Acqua Essenziale line and I really like them all. I really like the heavy sharp bottles too.

The Seductive Homme line is a great $15-$20 range. I like Seductive Noir the best.

Noir Ambre is one of my favorites in my entire collection, and I have 250+ bottles. The juice is simply sublime.

I picked up Robert Graham Valour and Bvlgari Men in Black from Marshall's for a great price a couple years ago. Very pleased with those fragrances.

Just picked up Bravo Monsieur by El Ganso for $30 at Burlington a cpl. weeks ago. Great scent for the money.
Just before Christmas I got a 100 ml bottle of 1 Million Prive at Burlington for $45. It's not bad.
