People from Wheeling WV are the funniest people in the country. Just about everyone from the area is absolutely hilarious especially if they are from the South Wheeling area. My family had a business in Belaire OH which is right across the river from Wheeling so we hired lots of people from Wheeling. I'm from Cincinnati but I lived in Wheeling for bout a year up on the hill in East Wheeling.
