No, Howard Stern was not "Brillian". What he does, mostly, is get people on he knows the general public won't approve of, but key members of audience most likely will as they are counted among the true Basket of Deplorables. Meaning if you want to know who really is in that basket, most of the audience for Howard Stern. I can back that up, prove it, and give examples. Also he'd bait people to saying things that other people, maybe who don't listen to his show, can build a case against that person.
Meaning he asks the probing questions, and the questions are never directed at Howard (for the vast majority of these questions), but needless to say Howard is not a good person, he is a Extreme Germ-a-Phobe to a point far beyond most people, and would do things most people would consider deeply immoral. If he had to answer many of the questions he asks his guests people would not have the same perception of Howard Stern. He is not the King of All Media except in his own Egotistical Mind, maybe he is the King of All the Deplorables in the Basket, but not really, because his humor is often twisted, sick, and mean-spirited, extremely mean-spirited.
