We are retiring in 6-9 months and had planned to move to San Cristobal de las Casas, because we love cooler temps and small-medium size cities, but with the recent violence there we are trying to make a plan B and plan C. If you are living there, do you like it ? We are 55 and 60, speak Spanish, have lived abroad before, and bring our 4 senior dogs with us.
i love both cities cholula and Atlixco. there was another town near by called Huethosingo famous for their fruit Champagne Puebla is my Favorite State love it there hope to go there one of these days excellent video Janet.
I’m so happy I watched this video !!! My parents are from a little farther than Puebla but we always go there pretty much every year and we always pass cholula and even when we are on our way to my parents hometown you can see the pyramid!!

You have a great eye for the beauty of Mexico and I respect that you have done some research about your destination to add value for your viewers! We visited Puebla in Jan 2018. We were so busy that we did not make it to Cholula or Atlixco. But we have been talking about how much we would love to go to Puebla again and this video seals the deal. You are lucky that the skies were so blue. The images of Popocatépetl are absolutely stunning!
I only been to Cholula a couple times and it’s beautiful there. I been wanting to go to Atlixco. However, I highly recommend you go visit the Pueblo mágico of Cuetzalan, it’s a 4 hour bus drive from Puebla City. That is where my grandparents are from and it’s so beautiful. I know it will leave you in aw.

Hi, excellent videos! I will recommend to visit Atlixco at night, because in December the Town is light up with a ver beutiful christmast spirit!

I feel very safe and have not experienced that at all luckily. I've been here 3 months and all is good except maybe the corrupt cops in Tulum haha
